How can you not eat in Lanzhou? This restaurant is very close to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, in the side road, and there are quite a lot of people. I ordered cold noodles, gray beans, fermented glutinous rice, and cakes. The cold noodles are the best. The gray beans are similar to the red bean paste in Shanghai, and the beans are a bit hard. The fermented glutinous rice is not as good as the one I had in Tianshui. The cakes are quite tough, but because they are fried, I tried them. When I left, I wanted to buy vacuum-packed ones, but the shelf life is too short. If I buy them online, the shipping cost is more expensive than the cold noodles. I&#39;d better look for delicious cold noodles in Shanghai.
