Checked in at the Chinese restaurant at the Wanda Vista Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! As a high-end hotel restaurant, the environment was clean and tranquil, with a sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance. The lobby was tidy and elegant, creating a particularly comfortable dining atmosphere.

The service was meticulous; the staff were warm and friendly, proactively refilling tea and promptly clearing plates&mdash;the service was courteous and unpretentious. The dishes were generally appealing, with fresh and authentic ingredients, consistent quality, and a good balance of seasoning and flavor. The menu was extensive and diverse.

We ordered a bone-in sirloin steak, which was cooked medium rare. It was super big, generous in size and tasted great. The environment here is great, with stylish decorations and accessories. The kids loved it, and I liked it too.

When the beef noodles were served, the broth was still steaming slightly. The noodles were wide, hand-rolled, and had a wonderfully chewy texture. Clad in the clear beef bone broth, one bite warmed you right up. From the window seat, you could see the old locust tree on the street corner, and the evening light slanted in, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

Shejianjian has many branches in Lanzhou, and there must be one here as well, but I don&#39;t understand why this branch is called Wanda branch. After all, Wanda doesn&#39;t seem to be here. The environment inside is pretty good. Basically, we eat the northwest noodles here, as well as whistle noodles and the like. The price is a little bit higher, but the taste is pretty good.
