Very popular, crowded, delicious, highly recommended!
🎄Environment: The decor is simple, giving it a typical hot pot vibe. 💁Service: The service was excellent, and the ladies were all very friendly. ✨Nine-grid Specialty Platter The dishes were mostly good. The beef was tender, but the liver didn't quite get through the simmering process and wasn't very tasty. ✨Braised Pig Intestines I generally don't eat pig intestines. According to my friends, the pig intestines may not have been braised beforehand, so the offal smell was a bit strong. ✨Watermelon Ice Balls This was a bit much for three people, and it was very refreshing. ✨Nan Sanniang's Freshly Fried Hot Pot Base The hot pot base was generously filled with butter, which looked very satisfying. My friend who requested a mild spice level found it quite spicy, but it was quite fragrant. And best of all, unlike most hot pot dishes, it didn't get saltier the more you ate. ✨Fried Crispy Pork The crispy pork was truly delicious, perfectly crispy and tender, and not greasy at all. A must-try. ✨Shredded Potato Noodles It was quite unique, harder to remove than potato chips, but I think it was even better. ✨Braised Chicken Feet It was a shame that we ordered too many dishes, and only remembered to remove the chicken feet after we were stuffed. I only managed to savor one, but I didn't have the energy to appreciate it. The prices were quite high, but the three of us stuffed ourselves for about 400. Overall, the decor was average, but the food was quite good. #SpecialtyFood #FindTravelFood #InfluencerFoodReview #TravelFood #FriedCrispyPork

You don't have to leave Lanzhou to enjoy the viral Nan Hotpot! I was wondering when Nan Hotpot would open in Lanzhou, and it's suddenly here! [Beef Oil Pot] boasts five pounds of beef oil and one pound of ingredients. I ordered the medium spicy version, and the flavor just got better and better! [Nine-Grid Specialty Platter] features nine small dishes: dragon fruit, fish roe, shrimp balls, specialty pork liver, taro, and roasted pepper and preserved egg meatballs—all of which are their specialties. [Full Taro Snow Mountain Ice] Snow mountain ice, larger than your face, is topped with milk cap and taro, and filled with grass jelly and black rice. It's absolutely delicious. [Pig's Trotters] Soft and glutinous, the trotters are even better after being lightly cooked in the spicy hot pot! [Dried Tribute Vegetables] The perfect accompaniment to Chongqing hotpot, highly recommended!!! [Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork] Compared to the Chengdu restaurant, this one is just the regular crispy pork with a dollop of tomato sauce. I wouldn't recommend it. Nan Hotpot: East entrance of Zhengning Road Night Market (formerly Xianhezhuang). The weather is getting cooler. As night falls, a chilly wind sweeps across me. How about a steaming hot pot? Spicy and delicious. Braise the tripe, smothered in sauce. The red oil drips from top to bottom. Take one bite and the flavor lingers, crispy and tender. I highly recommend the spicy beef. Tender and refreshing, with a hint of dry chili. The more you chew, the more delicious it becomes. Braised chicken feet, braised beef, Dingxi wide noodles... Anything is delicious. Just had it a while ago, and I'm drooling just writing about it.
