It doesn't have any fancy decor, but the woks at the window stall are constantly stirring, their food rising high, giving it a very 🈶️ homely vibe 😄. The staff are busy and the service isn't particularly helpful. I couldn't find them for ages... Stir-fried Lamb Offal Offal that doesn't include liver and lungs is more expensive. The standard dish consists of liver, lungs, tripe, onions, green peppers 🫑, rice noodles, peppercorns, and chili peppers 🌶️. It's stir-fried to a fragrant aroma, a little salty, and without any off-flavor. The liver, lungs, and tripe are tender yet crispy, perfect with a pancake, though it's a bit of a waste of pancakes 🙄. Spicy Lamb Head Spicy Lamb Hoof They all use the same seasoning and are stewed, but they still taste salty if you eat too much...
