There is a Northeastern restaurant near my home. The owner is a local with very Northeastern characteristics. He is very enthusiastic and straightforward. The taste of the dishes is also very authentic. I really like Beijing-style shredded pork with soybean sauce. This dish is not available in other places. Sometimes when I don&rsquo;t want to eat it all, I just ask the owner to add some more bean curd sheets. The fried eggplant with three fresh ingredients is also very Northeastern in flavor.

The taste is just right, the environment is clean and the service attitude is good.

I went to Liannan for a tour and came to the thousand-year-old Yao village. I walked up the mountain and came to the open space in the middle. There was a tofu shop. This was the place to eat tofu pudding and drink soy milk. There was nothing else for sale, just these two things. Usually, people go to tourist spots and take a break to find something to eat and drink. You can come here to eat a bowl of tofu pudding, which has a strong bean flavor.

The food was served very slowly. I waited for 2 hours and the attitude of the owner was not good. I will definitely not come back next time.
