The overall ambiance is impeccable, with delicious food, music, and a cute dog. It's a truly relaxing little courtyard. 🍲 Recommended Dishes: 🍗 Orleans Roast Chicken: A whole Orleans-style chicken roasted to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor. Highly recommended. 🥚 Thick Omelette: Each bite of the thick omelette is incredibly tender, paired with shredded seaweed and sauce. Delicious! ^_^ 🟡 Gold Medal Durian Pizza: The color and flavor are excellent. The texture is excellent, with authentic ingredients, including delicious durian flesh and sweet sweet potato on the side 🍠 (it's delicious, but you'll get sick of it if you eat too much). 🍜Pasta Bolognese: Plenty of meat sauce, but the texture is average. 🍉Watermelon Juice: Looks great and tastes great, super delicious! 👍Even one cup feels like it's not enough, haha~ It's quite busy, and the courtyard is perfect for taking photos. Liaocheng / Galen's Courtyard / Shandong Restaurant Exploration Restaurant Name: Galen's Courtyard Address: Yimin Hutong I went to Liaocheng with a friend for a study trip. I searched for restaurants near our hotel and came across this restaurant. It's absolutely ethereal. Nestled in a small courtyard in the heart of the city, it's elegant and tranquil. The interior is incredibly photogenic. As soon as I entered, I was captivated by the overall atmosphere. I never imagined such a small restaurant could exist, and I immediately started snapping away! The tableware in the restaurant was absolutely perfect for me. We chose to dine outdoors. There was a slight breeze when we arrived, which caused the dishes to cool quickly, which did affect the taste, but it couldn't hide my good mood, hahaha... If you happen to be in Liaocheng, you absolutely can't miss this restaurant! It's perfect for those who enjoy a quiet afternoon tea with their besties, chatting all afternoon and taking beautiful photos! Check out Galen's courtyard in Liaocheng! Come on, ladies!! 🌸 Please stop talking and listen! Look at the pictures! This setting is absolutely stunning! I stumbled upon this little restaurant, tucked away in a small alley off Zhenxing Road. Before even entering, I had a thousand questions in my mind! Could you really eat here? But once I entered the courtyard, I was stunned! It's so Instagram-worthy! The first thing that caught my eye was a small fountain ⛲️, with mist lingering around it. Further in, there were several outdoor tables 🎱 and the entire courtyard was filled with greenery—it was truly a delight! Further in, two puppies came puffing towards me. Hahahaha! They're so strong! I petted one, and the other immediately started puffing in anger. Squeeze into your arms with my short nose! My friend and I walked inside (it was still quite warm when we visited, but it was much more comfortable at noon), and the Instagram vibe was once again overwhelming! The entire restaurant's decor is so cozy, perfect for a meal and a chat with friends! (Of course, it's also perfect for a date, hahaha.) Their cuisine is more Japanese. Signature dishes include Fuluku Sukiyaki (hot pot) and Kimchi Beef Hot Pot, perfect for winter! It was our first time here, so we looked at the menu and ordered a few random dishes. I highly recommend the curry udon! The curry flavor is incredibly rich! They also offer curry rice! It's a shame I didn't have room in my stomach! Otherwise, I would have ordered another plate! The salad and Japanese fried chicken were both delicious. The taste is exactly the same as my regular favorites—no disappointments! Don't worry! Last but not least! Liaocheng Restaurant Exploration | Galen's Courtyard, a Utopia in an Old Hutong This restaurant is actually quite good, but I wouldn't classify it as an internet-famous restaurant. The term "internet-famous" seems a bit cliché. To me, it exudes a fairy-like aura. 🌵 Perhaps it's the misty pond, 🌊 perhaps it's the expansive greenery, 🪴 perhaps it's the stone statues. In short, no one would have guessed that such a unique and atmospheric restaurant would exist in a dilapidated hutong. 🍴 Address: Intersection of Zhenxing Road and Yimin Hutong, Dongchangfu District (see Figure 9 for details). 🍲Japanese Beef Sukiyaki 89💰 This is a signature dish. I didn't expect it to be so large, with eight side dishes. 🤡The focus is on health and wellness, so the flavors are a bit light (which I find acceptable). The beef dipped in a well-blended aseptic egg is tender yet not greasy, absolutely delicious. 🍗Roasted Whole Chicken $48💰 Almost one per table. The Orleans-style chicken 🍗 is very tender and delicious with the dip. It's grilled for 4⃣️🔟 minutes, so be sure to order in advance. 🥑Avocado Tuna Rice $39💰 A must-try for those who enjoy the taste of tuna! Aside from the slightly sour figs, the rice is flawless. Mix thoroughly and scoop a generous spoonful. It's so delicious you'll want to eat it from the bowl! 🍦Avocado Oatmeal Yogurt $39💰 A must-try for those on a diet. We even added our own yogurt. 👍🏻 I love avocados! Blueberries are also delicious and not sour. 🫘 Muyu Flower Tofu $28💰 This one has a really layered and wonderful texture. It's hard to describe how delicious it is, but it's just delicious. 💐Flower Passion Fruit Lime Green Tea $26💰 These two drinks are so pretty! They have real flowers on top💐 And they're really delicious too. On a sweltering summer day, a drink is so refreshing and thirst-quenching! 💐Flower Low-Fat Grapefruit S26💰 Maybe a little sour, but my sister said the top one is better. 🍵Summer Colorful Fruit Sparkling Tea $22💰 The taste is similar to the Passion Fruit Lime Green Tea, and just as delicious! Brown Sugar Fruit 🍧 Ice Jelly s18 I think all bing jelly flavors are pretty much the same; it all depends on the toppings. The fruit is quite sweet, and the amount used is really generous! ~ 🎈I think it's truly courageous to open a niche restaurant in this conservative little city. The owner is beautiful and generous (I'm starting to wonder if you can't open a restaurant without beauty these days).
