Xuejianiurouwanzi Noodles (caihongqiaotou)

I checked the guide and found that Linfen's beef meatball noodles are very famous. The local chartered driver also recommended that we try it, saying that the more famous ones are Lao Bai's and Lao Xue's. Since it is closer to Linfen West Station, we decided to go to Lao Xue's to try the local flavor. The red chili noodles were spread on a layer, and it was very spicy. The beef tasted good, and the meatballs were average, vegetarian. Overall, it was not as delicious as I imagined, but as a local flavor, travelers can still try it.

During my summer vacation trip to Yunqiu Mountain, I passed through Linfen, a secluded city in Shanxi. I also discovered one of the city's most famous delicacies: beef meatball noodles. So I headed to one of the more famous restaurants, Xuejia Beef Ball Noodles. The bright atmosphere was packed with diners like me, who had come for its reputation. Beef Ball Noodles features authentic beef, special Hui-style meatballs, and noodles, blended with unique spices and Chinese herbs, and topped with a secret broth made from beef bones.
