The sky cleared after the rain, and we went to Sapori for two consecutive days. Chef Allen is a very friendly Shanghainese. He opened Solo on Hengshan Road. Not only is he a red link of the French Escoffier Chef Association, but he can also cook according to the preferences of the guests. The simple spaghetti with meat sauce was great, and the noodles were just the right softness. I strongly recommend putting it on the menu. The arugula salad was very fresh. The decoration of the Meaning Seafood Restaurant is very stylish. The dim lights enhance the atmosphere a lot. Through the quiet porch, we see gorgeous tablecloths and Western tableware. The atmosphere is in line with the temperament of Raffles. Meaning Seafood Restaurant obviously serves Italian food. The service in the restaurant is very good. The waiters are very nice and we are impressed. This is our menu for the day. It is a three-course Italian cuisine according to the appetizer, main course and dessert. The bread of the appetizer is served with two Italian condiments, which is very authentic. Duoduo ordered a bowl of Italian mille-feuille bolognese, which tasted very good. Duoduo, who doesn't like to eat, basically finished it by himself. We also tried it and the taste was really surprising. The appetizers of the two sets of meals are Roman salad and Italian salad. They taste very pure Italian, and the workmanship and presentation are also good. They look very appetizing. The main dishes are pan-fried red snapper and stewed lamb shank with mashed potatoes. The pan-fried red snapper is fried just right, the fish is delicious and boneless, just right; stewed lamb shank with mashed potatoes meets the needs of all meat-loving men, and there is a pleasure of feasting. I have to mention the apple juice here. The reason I took a photo of it is that this apple juice is the purest and most delicious we have ever tasted. It is made from apples, and it is very sweet apples, not sloppy at all. The dessert tiramisu and selected vanilla ice cream after the meal tasted good. We ate them all up. This meal, 2 adults and 1 child, cost a total of 655 yuan. As a high-end Italian restaurant, it is not very expensive, mainly because of the elegant environment, which makes people feel comfortable when dining.

The kids wanted to eat pasta, so we came here without considering the restaurant level. Although the request was inappropriate, the pasta was very delicious. The lobster pasta was a great deal. The chef is European, a handsome uncle, and he still greeted us very nicely even though we only had pasta. Thank you for your good cooking!
