I went to Huizhou for a trip and stayed in a hot spring hotel in Longmen. This farm is quite close to the hotel, about two minutes by car. I arrived at the hotel a little early that day and was told that the room was not ready yet, so I had lunch first. The farm has parking spaces, but not many, or you can just park at the door temporarily. There is a small garden inside, the dining hall is open, ventilated on all sides without air conditioning, only relying on fans, and there are also small private rooms. When I arrived, I saw that the large dining table was numbered, and I knew that they were also in the tourist group meal business. {Longmen Bearded Chicken}, the first meal in Longmen, I must eat Bearded Chicken, I ordered half a white-cut chicken, just want to eat the original flavor, the chicken is not as good as expected, it is fatter, there is a lot of fat on the skin, and the chicken is not refreshing enough. Although the chicken skin looks a little yellower than ordinary chicken, the taste is still a little worse. {Fried rice noodles}, the fried rice noodles were so salty and bitter that I couldn't eat them at all. I told the waiter about this, but he acted as if nothing had happened and said he would ask first, then he disappeared. Then I found the boss lady, who immediately took it away and asked the kitchen to fix it. It turned out that the so-called "fix" was that the chef actually sprinkled sugar on it and stir-fried it, and the rice noodles instantly became slightly sweet. Moreover, there was too much oil, and the oil also had an oily smell, and the amount of stir-fried rice noodles also became much less. {Fish-flavored eggplant stew}, this dish was okay, the overall taste was okay, the eggplant portion was good, although there was a little more oil, and there was no block of salted fish meat, all broken and rotten fish. {Stuffed tofu}, the tofu didn't have much bean flavor, it was ordinary, not very recommended.

The reason why I eat here is because of the environment. Eating, chatting and watching the scenery at the same time is a great enjoyment in life.

The environment is nice and quiet. You won't feel tired even if you sit here and drink tea for a whole day.

This farm is horrible. I ordered a dish of mountain snails, half a steamed chicken, and fish-flavored eggplant. There were only 5 meat snails in the whole dish, and the rest were empty shells. They were taken from the shells that people had finished eating. It was horrible.
