The service was impeccable. We were seated as soon as we entered, and when ordering, the waiter proactively pointed out that a certain dish had a large portion and suggested that the small portion would be enough for the two of us. The food came out quickly, and they promptly changed our bone plates. These thoughtful details made for a truly excellent experience.

The offal sauce was absolutely perfect, savory with a hint of sweetness that clung to the skin. I recommend trying it plain first, then adding their homemade chili sauce for a truly layered flavor. The selection of vegetables for hot pot was quite comprehensive; I especially recommend trying the radish and gluten, as they absorb the broth beautifully for the best texture.

The beef offal stew was so tender it practically melted in your mouth! The dipping sauce was amazing, was it homemade? It was so flavorful it made my eyebrows fall off! 😄 Have you locals grown up eating this? I remembered it after just one bite, I'll definitely come back!
