I've been here before. This time I brought a friend, and I specifically reminded him not to just look at the ambiance, but to try their signature roast goose. The skin was crispy and the meat tender; it was indeed delicious. I recommend you order that too.

This restaurant's signature roasted pigeon is absolutely amazing! The skin is roasted to a super crispy perfection, and it bursts with juice when you bite into it 😭 The meat is tender and juicy, not dry at all. You absolutely must dip it in their secret sauce; it's savory and delicious, and I could easily finish a whole pigeon by myself!

The fried pigeon was decent, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was quite juicy. The mountain spring tofu had a strong bean flavor, and the accompanying crispy chips were delicious.
