The setting is truly amazing, covering over 100 acres. It has a Chinese garden feel, with flowing water and bridges, and tons of koi. I always use a private room, but I thought it was all private. Turns out they have a banquet hall, too, and cabins. Be sure to book in advance! The food isn't amazing, but it's decent. ·🪿Lychee Wood Roasted Goose The skin is crispy and juicy, not too fatty. The plum sauce is just sour, not sweet. ·🐟Steamed River Salad There's yellow croaker, horse mackerel, and a small amount of river bream. It's quite fresh. ·🔥Fried Tofu It's just average. The tofu isn't tender, but rather old. ·🥕Braised Pork Bones and Radish This is okay. The radish is perfectly shredded. The broth is rich with pepper, making it perfect for winter. ❗The service is disappointing. The waiter in our private room always comes in without knocking, bangs around in the closet, and then leaves. And then!! He never closes the door!! The air conditioner is out.
