Line 1 and Line 2 are close at hand, and there is a passage in the hotel that can lead to New World Department Store. 🌟 We stayed in a small suite with a good view of the night view of Shanghai. For dinner, we had a Western-style double set meal at the 45th floor Revolving View Restaurant. The black truffle cream stewed potato balls with crab meat and asparagus are very special. The potato balls are glutinous and taste a bit like small dumplings. Grilled silver cod and grain-fed beef skirt meat are Lulu and my favorites. There are many guests in the restaurant, and many of them are elderly. Dining at the Radisson is for the view. The revolving restaurant rotates once every 90 minutes. While enjoying the delicious food, you can see the beautiful scenery on both sides of the city. The bread for appetizers is baked just right, spread with onion sauce and herb butter, and served with salty and fresh Italian ham. My mood suddenly soared. I especially like his onion sauce. The slightly spicy mustard mixed with the crisp onion taste makes people want more. The hot appetizer is fried Icelandic flounder fillet with miso. The flounder fillet is cooked just right and has a full portion. It has a taste similar to cod, and the fennel noodles are thick. Maybe I am afraid that poultry eggs are unsafe recently, so the low-temperature slow-cooked organic eggs are a little overcooked, but the matching black truffle cream sauce is still good. To be honest, the main dishes here are really average, not as good as the chocolate cake for dessert. Because there are children, I ordered a children's set meal, which is quite good. The color scheme looks very tempting. The main purpose of the revolving restaurant is to enjoy the scenery. As long as the weather is good, the scenery here is still very good. There are not many buildings taller than here. I can imagine that when there were not so many high-rise buildings nearby, the restaurant here was called a top. The advantage of the rotation is that you can see a circle in more than an hour. From this angle, you can see Nanjing Road, People's Park, and the Oriental Pearl Tower in the distance. When you turn to Suzhou River, you can also directly see the Sihang Warehouse. The scenery here is really good. The night view may have another style. In general, it is still highly recommended. There is a service fee here, but the service of the clerk is still good.
