This is our first time at the Ritz-Carlton, Pudong, Shanghai. We dined at the top floor flair bar at night. It was a bit cold on a rainy day. But Amber's service was very good and professional. We are Korean so our Chinese is not very good, but she was very patient in explaining the dishes and drinks to us. Thank you very much.
