It may be less than 10 square meters, but the decoration is very unique and the coffee is also good.
#WonderfulNightlife 🌕It's been three years since I last visited the Moon, and surprisingly, nothing has changed. The atmosphere is still warm and cozy. I went there for coffee with my beautiful lady, Yu Yuan. 🥢I wasn't sure what to eat for lunch on a weekday, and I discovered the braised pork rice I had at Ala City is now open! Workers rejoice! ⭐️ Little Moon: The Little Moon Latte remains solid, but the ice cubes are now frozen. Fuzhou Olive Americano: Another failed attempt at a special blend at the Moon. The drink tasted strange. There was no olive flavor, and the Americano flavor wasn't noticeable either. It was more like a glass of sparkling water with a strange sweetness. But seeing friends I haven't seen in a while was always a joy. Hehe~ They also have my favorite book, "Oysters in the Shell Are the Heart of Adults." ✏️Name: Moon Coffee Retro 📍Address: Front Living Room, Ground Floor, No. 2, Lane 75, Maoming North Road
I checked out Moon Coffee over the weekend and was delighted with the excellent coffee. The cafe isn't large, seating about ten people. The ambiance is quite retro, perhaps because it's an old building; it's not made to look old, but truly old, dim and mottled, which is oddly fitting for the name, Moon. They offer a medium or light roast, with beans that change periodically. I ordered a hot Americano and an iced latte, both with the light roast. The hot Americano ♨️ had a very clear and tart taste, like heated juice, which was exactly what I like. It was wonderful. My husband said the iced latte was a bit strong and bitter, probably because of the milk; Asahi's milk is thicker. It really depends on personal preference. Of course, drinking coffee is also linked to your mood. When you're in a good mood, having a good cup of coffee can enhance both your mood and the aftertaste of the coffee. I'll try the pour-over and dirty brew next time~ Moon Coffee Retro #MyCoffeeDiary #ShanghaiCoffeeShop #CoffeeTravel
🔥 Organizing my coffee photos at home. A long-standing internet celebrity in Shanghai's coffee world—Moon. Located on the second floor of a small villa on Maoming North Road/ |Costa Rican Red Honey^ Clean. Very clean. When I say clean, I mean the flavor is too bland. The flavor isn't very developed. Maybe I didn't have enough time, so it's a bit bland. The beans are truly excellent, though. There are still plenty of photo spots here. ————🌸Save the map to avoid getting lost🌸———— Shop Name: |Moon Coffee Retro^ Address: 2-1, Lane 75, Maoming North Road, Shanghai Opening Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Transportation: Subway Line 1, Shaanxi South Road Station
There are so many coffee shops in Shanghai, so many I boasted a long time ago that I'd try every one of them. Now, that's just wishful thinking, as new shops are opening faster than I can even begin to explore them. This one is quite established, and I've been to its other branches before. This one was my first time here. It's conveniently located in the city center, not far from the Yan'an Road Elevated Road and very close to Nanjing West Road on Line 12. The shop isn't big, but the ceilings are quite high. Every row of seats was full, and business was good. I ordered a Fuzhou Olive Americano, with a normal amount of ice. It reminded me of eating olives on the streets of Fuzhou, olive juice in one hand—a really slow-paced experience. The refreshing, thirst-quenching taste of the olives, combined with the aroma of the Americano, and a little sparkling water, made it quite refreshing. I also ordered a small portion of homemade caramel pudding, with vanilla seeds at the bottom, which was quite creamy. There are many varieties and characteristics of coffee. I will try the Little Moon and hand-brew coffee next time. #颜双爱afternoontea
