Qianxiang Pavilion specializes in Guizhou cuisine, and many of the ingredients are directly sourced from Guizhou. The classic sour soup fish, cold-mixed zheergen and other dishes that Guizhou people like are all available here. I prefer the sour soup fish, but it tastes a little different from what I had in Guizhou. There is too much lemongrass, and it tastes more like Thai food.
