The waiter recommended us three flavors of big black carp, which are 3 dishes: stir-fried boneless fish fillets, pan-fried fish bones, and baked fish mouth. In fact, it's just a different part, the cooking method and taste are similar, and his family is heavy in oil. After eating it, I felt like I was eating the same thing. The more I ate, the oilier it was, and I didn't want to eat it at all. I personally think it's enough to order a boneless fish fillet or fish mouth. There are really too many similar orders, and they all feel greasy. The fresh beef porridge, the friends all responded well, the thin porridge is quite delicious. Steamed river eel with black bean sauce is very tasty and the river eel is also quite plump. Puning Tofu and Pork Pork Pot, this is highly recommended, very delicious. The tofu has a very good texture, not the kind that melts in the mouth, and is a bit chewy, smooth and tasty, the small meat inside is fat and lean, fragrant and delicious, in short, it is very delicious. Fried shrimp cakes, fried fish cakes, Shunde stir-fried emperor, signature fermented bean curd bone, cured meat clay pot rice, honey barbecued pork, are all average, not recommended. Shunde shrimp sashimi is the sashimi of bamboo shrimp. Some friends think it is good, but I am a little uncomfortable with the taste of their mustard dipping sauce, I think it is not delicious. Overall, I am very satisfied with Puning Tofu and Pork Pork Pot. As for fish, it is actually okay, but I get sick of eating too much. Others are average.

The sashimi is very authentic, white, fine and transparent, and the ingredients are also prepared according to the Shunde way of eating, such as shredded ginger and scallion, sliced garlic, shredded lemon leaves, fried peanuts, fried shredded taro, etc. Other Cantonese dishes are also good, such as barbecued pork and roast goose.

The fillets were generously sliced and boneless, leaving a truly satisfying taste. Fresh, tender, and with a slightly smooth texture, the hallmarks of Shunde cuisine are truly evident! The fragrant salt-baked chicken and the signature fermented bean curd ribs were also very delicious. All in all, this is a very good Shunde restaurant, and I'll definitely be back to try their other dishes.
