How long has it been since I last came to eat at Wang Xiang Yuan? I remember that when I was pregnant, I craved the classic big fish head at Wang Xiang Yuan the most. Now that my little princess is so big, because she doesn't eat spicy food, I didn't have the chance to eat it. On the weekend, when my little princess went to her grandmother's house, I secretly came with my mother to eat big fish head. Wang Xiang Yuan in Daning International Commercial Center used to be very popular. I didn't expect that its popularity would decline a lot after a long time. After the renovation, the environment is much better. The two of us ordered a mandarin duck fish head king and ten-stone ground old tofu. I especially asked for the fish head to be slightly spicy and the old tofu to be non-spicy. When the mandarin duck fish head king was served for the first time, the fish meat seemed to have forgotten to add salt. The whole fish head had no other taste except spicy. So I asked the waiter to change it again. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I finally got the second fish head. This time it was finally moderately salty and spicy, the fish meat was well-flavored, and the egg noodles were also well-flavored; the ten-stone ground old tofu was average in taste and light in quantity. During the lunch hour on the weekend, less than one-third of the restaurant was occupied. Normally, the service cannot keep up when the business is booming, but the service is still not able to keep up when the business is average. Every time I asked for water, top-ups, and food, I had to ask several times. I always felt that the meal was not smooth, and I lost the motivation to come back next time.

It is an old Hunan restaurant, and the business is still good. The quantity and taste are OK. Xiangxi Overlord Frog, sour and spicy, the bamboo shoots inside are delicious. Cumin Spare Ribs, the portion is large, the ribs are crispy and tasty. Sour and spicy fern root noodles, super refreshing and appetizing. Saliva Chicken, a little old, so-so. Tomato Noodles, very appetizing, plenty of ingredients, delicious.

I went to Wangxiangyuan for dinner on my birthday. I didn't expect the Daning branch to be so large, and the decoration was very bourgeois and elegant, which was quite different from the impression of Sichuan restaurants. I got longevity noodles and a chili doll as a birthday gift.

I ate at Wang Xiang Yuan with my baby. Of course, we couldn't order any of the signature dishes. My baby ordered dishes based on the pictures. We ordered shrimp stewed eggs, crab meat tofu, chocolate pudding, and a bowl of noodles. The crab meat tofu was good, fresh and tender. Pudding was the first dessert, but it tasted good. The noodles were really delicious, with a tomato soup base and pepper, sour and sweet. There was also a hint of spiciness. The poached egg was runny and very delicious. Next time I won't bring my baby, I'll try the signature dishes.

I just went there for lunch at noon. The dishes have been renovated and taste good, but they now charge a tea fee of 2 yuan per person. It is said to be barley tea. It feels like this pot of tea has been brewed countless times and is very light. We arrived at around 11 o'clock in the morning. If it was brewed today, it shouldn't be so light!

If you go there on your birthday, you will be given a bowl of longevity noodles. The service is very good and makes you feel very warm! The taste of the dishes is also good, spicy and fragrant, very refreshing, but there are also some home-cooked dishes, which seem to be unspecial.
