Chao Shi Ju is a refreshing touch in the heart of the city. ✨ 🏨 Accommodation: The Chao Shi Ju Light-stay location I stayed at this time is absolutely amazing, right near MixC and Longyan South Road Food Street, within walking distance of all the Shantou delicacies. The room was incredibly thoughtfully designed, with its own washing machine, perfect for extended stays. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows; I could see the Luoshi Bridge and the ocean from my bed. 🌉 The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and even brought me ice right away when I asked for it in the middle of the night. I was so touched! 😭 🌊 Attractions: [East Coast Park] I absolutely love this free park! The long coastline, paired with the blue sky and white clouds, creates stunning photos. 📸 I recommend going in the evening; strolling in the sea breeze is so relaxing. [East Coast Avenue Dam] The sunset view from here is simply incredible! I recommend going around 5:30 PM. Sitting on the embankment and watching the sun slowly sink into the sea is incredibly romantic! 🌅 Many people fish here, and it's a truly vibrant place. 🦀Food: I absolutely recommend Ruijiao Grandma's Pickled Vegetables! This time-honored restaurant has even been featured on CCTV. Their pickled shrimp are incredibly chewy, and their oysters are incredibly plump. 😋 I highly recommend their signature three-piece combo—who knows how blissful it is to try three different kinds of seafood in one go? It's located on Longyan South Road, a 10-minute walk from the hotel—super convenient! [Practical Tips]: 1. The East Coast can be windy, so bring a light jacket. 2. It's best to go after 4 PM for the freshest seafood. 3. Choose a high-rise ocean view room for an incredible view. 4.
