Locals eat there, and it really saves us the expense of going to Hong Kong. The food is so local~ The new two-person set menu uses seasonal ingredients, perfect for summer!!! The Soy Sauce King Prawns Zhong Hai is a must-try, a lost Hong Kong delicacy. The prawns are plump and chewy, smothered in a rich soy sauce sauce. It's so delicious I even want to chew on the shells. The three treasures of wealth are crystal clear, each with its own unique color and flavor! The red ones are the Ruby Cordyceps Flower Dumplings, with their thin wrappers and sweet filling; the green ones are the Sakura Shrimp Dumplings, with their juicy, chewy shrimp filling; and the yellow ones are the playful Bell Pepper Shrimp Dumplings, with their spicy flavor, which is quite unique. The Green Apple Salted Dumplings have a chewy skin and a subtle green apple aroma. You can also order Mantis Shrimp Dumplings and Oyster and Barbecued Pork Buns—all of which are authentic and unconventional, and they deserve a thumbs-up. This place is absolutely authentic 👏🏻 The entire restaurant has a truly old Hong Kong feel. 🈴It's perfect for entertaining the elderly or a family gathering. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I've been saving Tang He Xing for 360 days, and finally got to check it out! Only after eating here do I realize how worth it this place is! My bestie and I chose this place for our year-end get-together, and it was a perfect way to end the Year of the Dragon. The ambiance is gorgeous, like stepping into Hong Kong's golden age. The receptionist was very stylish, a charming young lady with a graceful and elegant gait. The service was also excellent. It was packed when I went there at noon, so I had to wait at the door. The waiting area had snacks, tea, tables, and chairs. It wasn't boring at all. I even regretted not waiting an hour. That way I could get the cigar mushroom spring rolls I'd been craving! ✨The soy sauce king prawns were a generous portion. The prawns were deveined, the shells were thin, and the meat was firm but still quite tender. We loved this dish. ✨The fish maw and siu mai were divine! The fish maw was huge, full of gelatin, and the siu mai were delicious too. This place makes all the dim sum freshly made, so you can't go wrong with anything you order! ✨Fugui Sanbao allows you to eat three different flavors at once, and the dishes are very beautiful.
