CHAO SHAN XIONG FA NIU ROU HUO GUO

The waiter greeted us warmly at the door and asked us a happy new year. After we sat down, we handed over tea and menus, which made people feel that the service was in place. After reading the menu in detail, I ordered chest, three flower spoons, dragon arms, hand-beaten beef balls, which I had never tasted before, as well as beef tripe, beef tongue and some vegetables. Soon, the dishes were served one after another, and everyone immediately started to eat them, and then dipped them in a little Chaoshan's special delicious sauce and put them into their mouths. It was a pity that the beef tripe and hand-beaten beef balls were frozen, not freshly made, which made the taste unsatisfactory, but the other dishes were tender and the sauce was good, and it was very refreshing to eat!
