It's sour and refreshing with a sweet aftertaste, perfect for relieving greasiness and whetting the appetite! 4️⃣ Fu Hai Seafood Buffet Hot Pot: Goby shrimp, green crab, razor clams, and large oysters, paired with their secret dipping sauce, are incredibly filling! Starfish, clams... and so many other seafood I can't even name! There's so much variety! The chef even cuts the meat fresh! Beef shank, beef, brisket... you choose! 5️⃣ Northern Dumpling King: I recommend their sweet and sour pork! It wasn't on the menu, but I asked about it because I wanted to try it! It was on the menu and it was delicious, authentic, and not expensive! 👍 6️⃣ Fu Hai Fisherman's Cuisine: A friend brought me to this place! We had their hot pot the day before yesterday! The owner said it was a new experience, so my friend brought me over! I've never tried their signature sweet and spicy thick crab before! It's delicious! I even packed a 🆘! ✅Weihai Transportation Guide ✈️Flight: Weihai Dashuibo International Airport. Take the airport shuttle directly to the city center for 20 yuan per person, approximately 30 minutes. 🚄High-speed Rail: Both Weihai Station and Weihai North Station are available. Buses run directly to the city center. Weihai Station is very close to Hanlefang, and Weihai North Station (the high-speed rail station) is very close to the International Bathing Beach. 🚢Ferry: Weihai has a well-developed maritime transport network, with frequent passenger ferry services. The main ports are Weihai Port, Longyan Port, and Shidao Port. We recommend arriving at Weihai Port, as it's the most convenient. 🚙Self-Drive: Although Weihai is a small city, its scenery is truly stunning. Due to its proximity to South Korea, Korean food is very popular in Weihai, with restaurants teeming with them. It's truly delicious! The scenery is stunning too! 👍 I'm practically closing my eyes to read this post! 🔥Recommended Attractions 📍Naxianghai: Located on the coast where Diamond Beach Bathing Beach is located, this beach boasts artistic architecture. It's a great place to take photos, and there's even a slide for kids. 📍Chengtoushan: Across the sea from China's "Cape of Good Hope," South Korea lies just across the sea. To the east, you can see the beautiful Liugong Island, and to the west, you can see the entire center of Weihai. 📍Coastal Parks: Yuehai Park, Weihai Park, and Haiyuan Park are all located along the same coastline, making them convenient for strolling by electric scooter. 📍Weihai International Bathing Beach: The sand is fine and soft, and the water is clean. 📍Maotou Mountain: Be sure to research the observation deck you want to visit; it offers panoramic views of the ocean. 😋Recommended Foods 📍Fuhai Seafood Buffet Hotpot This was my first time here, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh! Big, plump oysters 🦪! Absolutely enormous!!! Live prawns 🦐, and the rare king crab 🦀...it's perfect for inland travelers! The meats are also freshly cut and high-quality! I chose the fish maw and chicken hotpot with seafood, and I thought it was quite good. ✔️ The seafood is reasonably priced. This seafood hotpot restaurant will definitely be my second stop next time I'm in Weihai! 📍Grandma's Home This is my favorite! The sea sausage rice, squid, and fried chicken were all incredibly fragrant, and the rain-pot pancakes were pretty good too. I really miss the fried chicken, and even the rice with the sauce was incredibly fragrant. 📍A food stall next to the International Beach I forgot what this place was called, maybe something like Seafood Grilled Spanish Mackerel Dumplings or something. The seafood was very fresh. I'm very sensitive to fishy smells, but the sweetness was tolerable. 📍Fuhai Fisherman's Cuisine I recommend their sweet and thick crab, sea sausage rice, stir-fried black bean shreds with grasshopper and shrimp paste, and fried butter shrimp! They're all signature dishes! Many are only available here! This is authentic Weihai cuisine, using traditional steaming methods, so the dishes are incredibly fresh! I highly recommend trying it!
