Traveling to Guangxi, this stop came to Huangyao Ancient Town in Hezhou. This farmhouse restaurant is outside the ancient town, a few hundred meters away from the entrance of the ancient town. It seems to be a newly opened restaurant. The environment is OK, the lights are bright and it feels a little cleaner. Some restaurants next door don&rsquo;t seem to have many customers, but there are a few tables of customers here. It may be a chain effect. The product is good. The bighead carp is said to be a local wild fish. Just steam it with black beans. It&rsquo;s delicious and the meat is tender. {Boiled Chicken} You should also try it. I am from Guangdong. For boiled chicken, there must be requirements. I am quite satisfied with the one here. It has a chicken flavor.

The cooking here is good and the chefs are very skilled. They skillfully present to diners delicacies that look ordinary but taste extraordinary. But on a deeper level, diners also go to Baishun for this place.

The restaurant is in Jiuhushan Hotel. We stayed in the hotel and had two meals here. Most of the people who came here to eat were hotel guests. The service in the restaurant was good and the waiters were very enthusiastic. The price of the dishes was moderate, similar to Guangzhou, and the taste was good.
Ordered a yellow fish, weighing two pounds, with the fish head in tofu soup and the fish body steamed. The taste was good, but there were a few more bones.

🌞Summary: The environment is very good, the boss&#39;s wife likes to chat (I don&#39;t know if it is because of the small number of tourists). The taste is great. I ate at 3 restaurants over the weekend and also went to the recommended Gujing Restaurant. The taste is not as good as this one. Five-star recommendation.

You need to walk across the stone jumping bridge to reach it. Maybe there is another passage. This is also the farmhouse restaurant recommended to us by the owner of the inn where I stayed. When I came here at night, I had dinner in a place that looked like a big pavilion. There was no air conditioning. It was a bit uncomfortable on a hot day. I looked like I was sweating while eating, and small mosquitoes, small insects, and small flies would come to visit. But the ingredients here are fresh, and the vegetables and melons are all grown behind the restaurant. They are picked and cooked as soon as they are ordered.

{Perilla and black bean chicken}, black bean chicken must be tried by everyone, because it is one of the specialties of Huangyao. Now we eat it with perilla, the taste will be more fragrant and heavier, and the chef&#39;s cooking is also very wok-flavored. I ordered half a chicken, and it felt that there were a lot of necks and bones mixed in it, and the meat was relatively less, and the number of necks was more than half a chicken should have.

{Pumpkin flower stuffing}, this is the first time I heard of pumpkin flower, and the first time I ate pumpkin flower, and this dish is another specialty of Huangyao. Basically every restaurant has black bean chicken and pumpkin flower stuffing. I tried it, and they cooked it with soup, that is, if there are few people eating, you don&rsquo;t need to order soup separately, just drink this. The stuffing ingredients are quite rich, including tofu, minced meat, water chestnuts, etc. The ingredients are all fresh, and the taste is different, especially fresh, without the taste of frozen meat.

{Fish-flavored eggplant casserole}, I happened to meet the chef picking eggplants, and used white autumn eggplants, which are small and tender. I think it tastes better than the purple eggplant casserole I eat in Cantonese restaurants.
