The restaurant is very clean, there is no strange smell, and the floor is also very clean. The tableware is also unique, and the boss has good taste. The dishes are mainly Cantonese cuisine, and there are also some other local dishes, as well as creative dishes. You can really order them casually, and you will probably not come back. The first recommendation is the fruit wood roast chicken, which is the best chicken I have ever eaten, no one else! You can order a whole chicken or half a chicken. The chicken skin is as thin as paper and very crispy. The chicken is not only very tasty, but also very tender, not at all woody, and the whole chicken also incorporates the smoke of the fruit wood. Don't be too delicious, it makes people aftertaste endlessly. The fruit wood barbecued pork is also very good, and it is also a must-order dish. There is also a dish that I personally like, the double-flavored kale, which has an unexpected little surprise. There are several restaurants in this building, among which Pangu is a restaurant famous for its art. 【Dishes】There don't seem to be many foods on the menu, but they all look very delicate. I don't think the portion will be very large, so I ordered a lot: #Warm preserved egg# This appetizer is what my friend really wants to eat. I thought it was a cold dish, but it was hot. The taste of the preserved egg is okay, but I'm not used to this way of cooking. It's a little bit spicy because there are chili peppers in it; #Spanish ham jelly# This is also one of the appetizers. In fact, jelly is a good thing. It's very good for the skin. The soy sauce next to it makes the pig skin taste better, and the portion is just right; #Fruit wood black barbecue pork# This is a recommendation here. Barbecue pork is not a food I particularly like to eat, but it is very well made here. The texture of the barbecue pork is very good. It looks like it's just a small dish. In fact, everyone eats two or three slices and is almost tired of it; #Spicy stir-fried meat# This can be said to be a fusion restaurant. I didn't expect that there is a special page for spicy dishes, but the taste is very strange. Of course, it can't be compared with restaurants specializing in Hunan cuisine, so the meat is not fried well enough, just spicy. #豆酱面# I saw that there were several kinds of noodles for the staple food, so I tried it decisively. The bean paste noodles were very strong, and the noodles were also well made. [Service] At the beginning, when there were not many people, the waiter didn't seem to be at work, and it didn't feel good enough. After all, the guests came in. Later, it should be very good after the official opening, and the service attitude was also very friendly. [Price] It feels like a petty bourgeoisie route, so the dishes are very delicate and the price is a bit higher, 90 per person, which is a bit expensive, but fortunately the taste is still good, so if it's a date between a boyfriend and a girlfriend, it's a better choice.

Cantonese people like to use it to roast duck, goose, pork... This barbecued pork is really delicious. [Kiss]   "Basil Chicken Pot" Basil leaves are the essence, and this chicken pot is very fragrant. I like Chinese food, especially this kind of slightly creative Chinese food. "Yam stewed mustard greens" Both the color and taste of the dishes are very elegant.

Really, if I have to pick a flaw, it is that the dishes could be more. I am very satisfied, whether it is the environment, the product, or the price, they are all good. A small plate of chicken feet was given before the meal. The kitchen is transparent. The waiter took me to introduce it and said that I can take pictures here at will. In addition, there are no discounts in the private room, and a 10[%] service charge is added. Looking at the original price, multiplied by 1.1, it is actually acceptable, not bad, the recommendation index can be off the charts.

I have to give a thumbs up to the environment, service and taste. The six of us ordered ten dishes (some of which were portioned), and we were able to finish them basically, which shows that the taste is really good (part of it is shown in the picture above).
