老宋肉烧饼(博山店)

One of the three Boshan specialty breakfasts recommended by my friend is sesame cake 🫓 There are many sesame cake shops near where I live. I drove around and found that this place has the longest queue, so I chose Lao Song meat sesame cake~ The sesame cake at 2.5 yuan is so cheap that I can't believe it. For 20 yuan, two people ate until they were leaning against the wall. The meat filling inside is very solid. When it is just baked, the sesame cake is super crispy, and there is the kind of wood fire fragrance baked in the old stove. The minced meat is mixed with chopped green onions, and a layer is evenly spread between two thin layers of cake skin, accompanied by the aroma of black sesame. It is really delicious! My mother and I ordered 6 cakes. Each of us ate two in the store. We also drank tofu brain and wontons. The taste of these two is relatively average. I wanted to pack two to eat when climbing the mountain at noon, but I couldn't help it. When I ate it again, it was about 5 minutes after it was baked. The sesame cake swelled up. The taste was the same, but the meat filling was not so close. It was still the happiest to eat it when it was just out of the oven!
