miya@ LoongAlthough the place is hard to find, the food is really delicious. The boss is very interesting. He will chat with you when he is free, asking if the food is delicious and joking. I brought my parents to travel and check in, and chose it as the last stop after the trip to Zigong. I was afraid that I would miss the queue and leave regrets, so I went there early in the morning. Fortunately, it was Tuesday, and there was no situation of missing the queue on weekdays. Now I don’t make phone reservations, so students who want to come should not choose holidays. 3 people ordered 6 dishes, all of which were very delicious. Fish roe and juejue roe, kidney flowers are super tender, and beef is also delicious, but I can’t eat ginger. The pig intestines are also great, and the braised pork is super good. There is also dried tofu. If you can’t finish it, you can pack it up and continue to show off at night. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

Cold noodles are a staple at every Zigong banquet; they're a local specialty, spicy and delicious. My favorite dish is the choy sumac served with the cured pork ribs. While the meat is optional, the fresh vegetables are incredibly flavorful.

Zigong Food: Fresh Pot Rabbit + Salted Vegetables Honghe Young Ginger Fresh Pot Rabbit 🌟🌟🌟The rabbit meat is quite tender, and the 88 RMB portion is quite large, making it a good value. (See Picture 5) I wouldn't recommend the Fresh Pot Frog; the taste is the same. You can order other dishes, too. The average price per person is 70 RMB+. Xintang Stir-fried Salted Vegetables 🌟🌟🌟🌟You must order the Spicy Rabbit. It's spicy with a hint of sweetness, and the chili is very fragrant. (See Picture 4) The beef is also good served cold, and I recommend the young ginger beef cubes. Don't order it, it's a disaster! 💥 80+ per person What to do ⛰️: Zigong Dinosaur Museum, one of the world's three largest dinosaur museums and a 4A-rated tourist attraction. Admission is 💰40 per person. No reservations required, buy tickets online directly. There are two exhibition halls, and you can explore them in just over an hour. If you're interested, go! As someone who's been to Jurassic Park three times, it's definitely worth a visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Accommodation 🏨: Hilton Garden Inn, The hotel is new, relatively clean, and pretty standard. 💰450 per night, but it's conveniently located right on the highway, close to Fantawild. Transportation: 🚗ZEKR X. No need to charge mid-trip, so you can still enjoy the ride and eat after arriving. Charged 100% before departure, with a range of 460km. You'll need to charge on the return trip. There are convenient charging stations around the hotel, and they fully charge in less than an hour. With home charging, external charging, and free tolls on holidays, transportation 💰 comes to less than 50. Summary: If you're going to Shigou Hotel or Jiujiu Jiujiu Restaurant, be sure to arrive early. We arrived at Shigou Hotel at 1:00 PM, and the owner told us to go elsewhere because they weren't serving food (really shrewd). Jiujiu Jiujiu Restaurant was also sold out when we arrived at 8:00 PM. Also, Shigou Hotel is on a mountain road with a one-way street, so it's hard to pass other cars, so drive with caution. #CreatorIncentivePlan

A Sichuan foodie trip certainly shouldn't miss Chengdu's culinary delights. As Sichuan's culinary capital, Chengdu boasts a diverse menu, from spicy hot pot to chuanchuanxiang (Chinese skewers), long shao shou (Chinese wontons), and Zhong shui jiao (Chinese dumplings), each of which represents Sichuan cuisine. On your first day in Chengdu, explore Kuanzhai Alley and Zhai Alley to experience the city's relaxed lifestyle. In the evening, visit Jinli Night Market for a variety of snacks. On your second day, visit Du Fu Thatched Cottage to admire the classical gardens and learn about the living environments of ancient literati. Then, visit the Splendid Tianfu Pagoda to admire Chengdu's stunning scenery, including the panda sanctuary, where you can get up close and personal with the adorable pandas. Beyond the food and attractions, Sichuan's natural scenery is also a must-see. Western Sichuan boasts breathtaking landscapes, such as Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong Temple, perfect for outdoor adventures. If you visit in autumn, you can also enjoy the colorful maple leaves. "Food in Sichuan, flavor in Zigong" is true. Sichuan's cuisine, natural scenery, and cultural heritage are all worth visiting. On this tour, you'll enjoy both delicious food and Sichuan's culture and customs.
