Came for the match on the big screens, ended up staying for the food. The fish chowder was proper—creamy, plenty of fish, not just potato filler. Chicken salad was fresh too, decent size for the price. Place was busy but we got our order quick enough. Solid spot if you're after a bite with the game on.

Lamb shank was spot on. Owner knew his stuff about the local food, that was a nice touch. Service was grand, not in your face.

The cod was pretty good—properly cooked, flaky, not greasy. Brownie for dessert was decent too, nice and rich. Staff sorted us a table even though we'd only booked that morning, which I appreciated. Place was a bit busy but we weren't rushed. Fine for a casual dinner, I'd go back.

Stopped in for the steak sandwich with chips and peppercorn sauce. It was gorgeous, exactly what I needed. Staff were friendly enough, no complaints there. Place had a decent buzz about it, not too loud. Solid spot if you're after a casual bite, I'd say. Might be back again sometime.

Stopped in for a club sandwich and a smoothie. Sandwich was solid, chicken was fresh. Staff were sound, had a bit of a chat while I was waiting. Place was busy enough for a Tuesday. Smoothie was cold and thick, just what I needed. Might head back if I'm in the area again.

Food was proper tasty, but the service was all over the place—wrong drink came out, sauces whipped away, then rushed to pay. Would still go back for the food though.

Grabbed lunch here during a busy afternoon. The meal deal is decent for the price, no complaints. Had the lentil soup, hit the spot on a cold day. Service was quick, in and out in under 15 minutes. Not fancy, but it does the job when you need something fast and healthy.

Decent spot in Cork for a drink. Bar had plenty of room and the staff were friendly enough. Seating area was comfortable too. Wouldn't mind stopping by again.

Stopped in for breakfast and grabbed the avocado toast with a side of eggs. Plenty of options, even gluten-free and vegan stuff, which is handy. Staff were dead on, friendly and quick about it. Place was busy but we weren't waiting around long. Solid enough for a morning bite if you're in the area.

The popcorn tofu at Koto was really good—crispy outside, soft inside. Portion sizes are generous too. I'd go back just for that dish.

Early bird menu is decent value, food came out quick enough. Staff left us alone which I appreciate. Place had a nice buzz even on a quiet evening.

Big portions and the staff were sound. We sat inside cause it was lashing but it still had a nice buzz. The terrace would be deadly on a sunny day.

Great drinks list, proper range of whiskeys and gins. Staff actually knew what they were talking about when I asked for something different. Smart casual dress code, so don't rock up in trainers. Prices are a bit steep but you're paying for the vibe.

Lunch specials are solid for the price. Got the €3.50 toastie and it came out fast. Fresh enough and hit the spot for a quick bite.

The sourdough toast was honestly the best I had while I was over—really decent for what you pay. Coffee’s fine, nothing to write home about, but I didn’t mind. Sat near the window, staff left me alone long enough to enjoy it. That’s all I needed, really.

Bit of a wait to get served, but the sandwich itself was solid. Good bread, decent filling. Place feels more like a casual cafe than a 4-star hotel spot, which caught me off guard. Fine for a quick bite if you're in the area, just don't expect anything fancy.

Stopped in for a quick bite and grabbed a few pizzas to share. The team sorted out a big order without any fuss, which I always appreciate. Food came out quick and hot. I had a glass of red with mine, and it did the job nicely. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something easy.

The vegan tuna sushi here is roasted watermelon and honestly it blew my mind a bit. Never thought watermelon could pull that off. Coffee was solid too and the girls working were dead sound. Place was busy enough but we got seated grand. Wouldn't mind going back to try more of the menu.

Food was decent and came out fast, but the dining room felt a bit chilly. Portions are fair for what you pay, though.

Came for breakfast, mini breakfast was spot on. Service quick, no messing about. Could sit there after without being rushed, which was nice. Solid enough start to the day.

Tried their own stout for the first time - really solid. The covered beer garden is a nice touch, especially when it's drizzling. Staff let me sample a few before picking, which was handy.

Food's solid and the tortilla is spot on. Croquettes were good too. Portions are a bit small for the price though. Fine for a quick bite.

Stopped in for a pint and ended up staying longer than planned. The barman knew his stuff, poured a proper Guinness and even showed me the bottle when I asked about the wine. €4.50 for a pint is fair for Dublin these days. Place had a nice hum to it, not too packed. Solid spot if you're in the area and want a relaxed drink.

The full Irish breakfast here is a solid shout if you're hungry. Portion size is proper, not one of those tiny plates that leaves you looking for a snack an hour later. Service was quick enough even though the place was packed. They split the bill for our group without any hassle, which is always a bonus. Only thing is it's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Felt like having dinner at my auntie's place, staff were dead sound and let us swap things on the menu. Proper hearty feed, mostly locals in which is always a good sign.
