Came for the grilled stuffed fillet &mdash; cooked right, juicy inside. Filling was kinda skimpy though, wanted more of that stuffing. Seasoning was okay, nothing crazy, could&rsquo;ve used a bit more kick. For the price, it&rsquo;s fair, not a steal but you get what you pay for. Solid if you&rsquo;re nearby and craving something simple.

The buffet spread is massive and they rotate stuff pretty often, so you never get bored. I grabbed the made-to-order fish and it was solid. Patio seating was comfy too, not those flimsy chairs you usually get. Only thing is it gets a bit crowded around lunch, but that&#39;s expected.

Bruno took care of us, super attentive. The four-cheese pasta was the highlight, really rich and creamy. Prices are a bit high, but the portion was big enough to share.

The green chilaquiles with grilled chicken hit the spot. Salsa was legit, not that watery stuff. Tried the surf burrito too, solid mix. Drink menu had some weird juice combos, went with something tropical. Place is chill, nice lighting. Only thing, got a bit busy around noon but whatever.

The fish ceviche was pretty good, fresh and light. Breaded shrimp came out a bit overcooked, but the sarandiado made up for it. Decent spot if you&#39;re after seafood.

The breakfast buffet here is pretty good. They had some traditional Colima dishes that were decent, plus fresh bread and coffee in the morning. The place is calm and clean, tables look nice. Instrumental music in the background. Fine spot if you&#39;re staying nearby. Maybe not the biggest spread, but it worked for us.

The tacos are made fresh when you order them, and the flavor is really there. Just wish they were a bit bigger&mdash;I finished three and still felt hungry. The juice bar though, that&#39;s the real win. Big 1L jars of agua fresca, made right in front of you. Got the horchata and it was perfect on a hot day.

Food was decent but pretty mild for my taste. Had to ask for extra chili to get any real kick out of it. Wish they&#39;d warned me earlier.

Portions were solid, seafood plate did the job. Service was fine, no complaints there. Room got a bit warm around midday, not a dealbreaker though. Fair for what you pay.
