The ishiyaki stone-grilled dish at the Japanese corner tasted pretty legit. Bit pricey for what you get though. Seating gets cramped during rush hour, so better show up early or expect to wait.

The Sunday brunch at Plates is superb! With a great variety of dishes and a live band, it creates a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend for a fun and delicious brunch outing.

The ghee roast and paneer pepper fry were pretty good. Dosas came out crispy, chutneys were decent too. Fine spot for a casual veg meal.

The fish kottu with fish curry on the side is my usual order—always fresh and well-seasoned. Staff's a bit brisk, but the food's worth it.

Stopped by for dinner and grabbed a glass of their house red — paired nicely with the grilled fish. Food was solid, well seasoned, decent portions. Place has a nice vibe, not too loud. Only hiccup was the wait, took a bit to get our order in. But honestly, worth it for a relaxed evening out.

The burgers here are tasty when they’re made right, but the price is a bit steep for fast food. Quality seems to vary each time I visit. Still, the seating was comfortable enough for a quick bite.

Relaxed spot, food was good. Service efficient too. Slow pace though, easy to just sit and chat for a while.

Rooftop view of Colombo is the main reason to come here. Drinks were solid, staff (Akila and Ushas) handled everything quickly even though it got busy later. Good spot if you want a relaxed evening without the usual tourist crowd. Prices are a bit on the higher side for what you get, but the setting makes up for it.

The blueberry cheesecake was creamy and rich, exactly what I wanted. But the lime soda felt overpriced for what it was. Cozy spot though, just get there early before it fills up.

Came here with two friends and honestly the portion sizes caught us off guard 😅 we ordered pasta for three and still couldn’t finish it. The live band was nice but kinda felt wasted outside since most people were inside eating. Service was quick and friendly though. Good spot if you’re hungry and want something casual.

The service at Harbour Court is exceptional! Our waiter was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The overall vibe of the restaurant is relaxing, making it a perfect spot for a family dinner.

Coffee's solid and the place is big enough to breathe. Food's hit or miss, and it's looking a little tired, but the caffeine does the job. Quick in and out for a lunch break.

The affogato was spot on—espresso poured over vanilla gelato just right. Mocha was decent, could’ve been a bit stronger but still nice. Place is quiet even though it’s right by the road, so I sat by the window watching trains go by. Good little spot to chill with a coffee.

The Sunday brunch spread is solid for the price, lots of options. Staff actually kept up with the COVID rules too, which I appreciated.

Came for the lunch buffet and the live stations were the highlight—grilled seafood was really good. Desserts had some nice Sri Lankan sweets too. Just wish the buffet line moved a bit faster.

Good spot for a quick bite. Sandwiches were solid and the coffee did the job. Sourdough's worth grabbing if they still have it. Parking's a pain but that's normal around here.

Small menu, which I usually like. Got the pork belly and it was cooked just right—crispy skin, tender inside. Place has that simple hip vibe, nothing fancy. Bill came out a bit higher than I expected, but honestly the quality's there. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Been coming here off and on for a while now. The tea's consistent, which is honestly the main thing for me. Prices are fair too, not trying to rip you off. Place is a little hidden from the road, easy to drive past if you're not looking. But inside it's alright, comfortable enough to sit and finish your drink.

The iced coffee here is seriously good, one of the best in Colombo. Pastries are fresh, though service can be a bit hit or miss.

The tiramisu here is the best I've had in Colombo—strong coffee taste, not too sweet. Worth grabbing if you're nearby.
