The turtle soup was really good, rich and flavorful. Service was super friendly and attentive, they checked on us just the right amount. A solid spot for a casual dinner.

Tried the Dr. Pepper donut. The frosting really did taste like the soda, which was a fun surprise. Creative idea, and it worked.

The seafood at Chesapeake's is truly exceptional! The lobster and crab dishes are a must-try, and the freshness is evident in every bite. Highly recommend making a reservation to enjoy the beautiful riverside view while dining.

Stopped in for a drink after checking into the lodge. The bar had a solid selection of local craft beers. I grabbed a pale ale to sip on the patio – the view of the grounds really made it. A bit pricey for what it is, but the convenience is hard to beat when you're already on-site.

The burgers here are incredible! As a burger enthusiast, I can confidently say they are among the best I've had. The pretzel pig pile was also a delicious treat!

The cinnamon rolls are a treat when fresh. I got one right out of the oven and it was huge, easily shareable for two. For the price, you get a lot.

The team handled my allergy concern so well. I mentioned a sensitivity to one ingredient in my smoothie, and they remade it right away with a smile. Really appreciate the care with ingredients here.
