Nikki was so attentive with our big group, never missed a beat with our orders. The food was really good, and she made the whole evening feel relaxed.

The karaoke was way too loud, couldn't even hear my own voice. Food was decent though, the fried chicken had a nice crispy skin.

The pancakes here are so fluffy! My friends and I came for a late breakfast and they were the star of the table. Service was nice and quick, which is perfect when you're catching up with everyone. The restrooms were spotless, too. A solid spot for a group hang.

Came in for a late bite, and those cinnamon sugar pretzels were still spot on. They didn’t skimp on the topping at all. Service was attentive even though it was getting late. A solid way to end the night.

The bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and onions was solid. I've been to a few of their spots and the food is always reliable. Being able to customize your burger is a nice touch.

Been coming here for years. Their Steakhouse Burger always comes out hot and fresh, never feels like it's been sitting around. That's what keeps me coming back.

Our server was so nice and checked on us just the right amount. It felt like we were hanging out at a friend's place, which was a nice touch.

Been coming here for years, and the loaded baked potato is the reason. Always perfectly seasoned, never greasy. It's that one side I can count on every single time.

Birthday dinner. Manager came by to say hi, nice touch. Steaks were cooked just right, sides had good flavor. Casual spot, felt comfortable.

Wyatt and Ashley were very attentive, service was prompt. The queso dip and stuffed mushrooms were solid. Biscuits were a bit dry but fine. Good spot for a quick business lunch near the office.

The steakburgers were solid – warm and juicy. The shoestring fries were perfectly crispy, just the way I like 'em. Good value for the price.

Been coming here for years. The burgers and fries are always solid, a reliable choice every time.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always so warm and genuine. Our server tonight was just like that - professional but also felt like a friend. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Joined the waitlist online before heading over. Table was ready pretty much right when we walked in. Skipped the whole line outside.

Angela was a really nice server. The fireplace made it feel cozy after being out in the cold all day. The food was pretty good, though my pasta was a little under-seasoned. A solid spot.

Love the live music here! It really makes the evening. The food is good, just what you'd expect from a place like this. My only thing is the seating can be a bit tight when it's busy.

Just stopped by for lunch while exploring Gatlinburg. The pulled pork sandwich was solid, and you can’t beat the convenience of the spot. A bit busy, but that’s the trade-off for being right in the middle of everything.

Great spot on the main strip for a quick bite. The ingredients in my salad tasted really fresh.

Finally tried the famous cinnamon bun. It was so light and fluffy, the icing wasn't too sweet at all. Just a really nice, simple pastry.

First time here and that hashbrown casserole is a must. So creamy and cheesy, with the perfect crispy top. The biscuits were fantastic too, but that casserole is what I’ll be thinking about.

Sat outside on a nice evening. The prime rib was juicy, and paired really well with a bold Cabernet from their list. My daughter's ribeye was a hit too. Salad was finely chopped, which I liked. Server was on point with the wine timing.

The fried chicken portion is huge for the price. Hash brown casserole was good too.

The deck is the place to be on a warm evening. The view of the lake is just so relaxing. We had the grilled trout, and it was cooked perfectly. A really nice spot for a quiet dinner.

The French onion soup here is my go-to for a quick lunch. Rich broth, loads of melted cheese on top. Comes with warm bread and butter. Gets me in and out fast.

I came for the grilled salmon salad. The greens were so crisp and fresh, and the salmon was cooked just right. Really appreciate how they source their ingredients. The casual vibe was nice for a weeknight dinner.

The brown butter walnut ice cream was the star for me. Really creamy, and you can taste the toasted nuts in every bite. A nice finish to the meal.

Coffee and donuts are solid. But my latte tasted off today. Barista was new maybe. Staff is still cool though.

Pam H. was our server. She really knew the menu, explained everything clearly. Even when it got packed, she kept our drinks topped up and checked in at just the right times. Made the night easy.

We didn't have a reservation, but the host was really nice about it and got us a table pretty quickly. The food was fresh and tasted great. It was a comfortable, easy meal.
