The poppadoms come with this pickle tray and onion mix. It's a great start. Really fresh, and the onion mix had a nice kick to it.

Wood-fired pizzas are great for a quick bite. The smash burger pizza is a solid choice.

The staff were so lovely, they surprised us with a little dessert at the end. It was a really sweet touch. The whole place just has a nice, calm vibe that makes you want to linger a bit longer over your coffee.

The breakfast portions are huge and everything tastes so fresh. It's a bit pricey, but you can really tell the difference in quality.

The afternoon tea was a real treat. The sandwiches and pastries were all tasty and surprisingly filling. Coffee refills were a nice touch, though the price felt a bit steep for what you get.

Menu's massive, loads of Japanese options. I tried the salmon sashimi, which was decent. The real star was their sake selection – they had a nice chilled one that paired perfectly with the lighter dishes. A bit on the pricey side for the portion, but the drink menu made up for it.

Been here a few times now. The food is always spot on and doesn't break the bank. It's packed most nights, which says it all really. Spotless inside, too.

Lovely food , enjoyed all 3 courses, was a little chilly and service slightly running slow but won’t deter us from returning . Thoroughly enjoyed the meal .Fab place and location. It will be great here mid summer , already a lot sitting out in the big sun today .

The Mad Hatter theme is so well done. Spent ages just looking at all the little details in the decor, it's really creative. A fun place to be.

The beef rendang was the star. Slow-cooked for hours, the meat just fell apart. Rich coconut and spice paste had soaked right through. Could have used a bit more heat for my taste, but the depth of flavour was spot on. That's what I came for.

Nice local spot. The view is great, but the portion sizes could be a bit more generous for the price.

The view from the upstairs tables is lovely, and the chips were fresh and hot. A nice spot for a simple meal.

Portions are huge here, which is a big plus for me. Ordered the grilled chicken platter and could barely finish it. Quality of the meat was solid, no complaints. You definitely get what you pay for.

Firecracker prawns and yasai katsu curry are consistently good. The new corn side was decent, if a little messy to eat.

Tried the fish and chips here for the first time. The portion was huge for the price, especially with the mushy peas. Really hit the spot.

A nice spot. The staff were friendly and helpful with our buggy. The in-house iced tea was really good, and the crispy pork belly was particularly tasty. Everything tasted fresh. The noodle soup was a bit on the salty side for me, but still fine.

No reservation but they squeezed us in! The music was just right, lively but not too loud. Would love to see a dessert menu next time.

The desserts are a bit pricey, but they look incredible and taste even better. Perfect for a quick treat when you want something special.

The staff kept our teapots full without us asking, which was nice. They also suggested a few dishes when we couldn't decide.

Great for a group dinner! The chefs put on a fun show, kept everyone laughing. The Hokkaido scallops were so good, we ordered a second round. A bit loud for deep conversation, but perfect for a lively catch-up.

Been here a few times now. The portions are huge, and it’s always just as good as the last visit. Never lets you down when you just want a proper feed.

Stopped in for a quick bite and my car battery gave out right in the lot. A delivery driver for the restaurant spotted me struggling and came over with jumper cables. Really saved the day.

Been coming here for years. The fish and chips are always solid. Crispy batter, fresh fish. The curry sauce is a nice touch, makes it a bit different.

Loved the fish here! The batter is so thin and crisp, and the portion was huge. Nice harbour view too.

Lunch set is £9 for two courses and a drink. Service was quick and polite. Good value for a business lunch in the area.

Had a lovely dinner here last night. The lamb shank was cooked perfectly, just fell off the bone. Service was attentive but not intrusive. A bit pricey for the portion size, but the quality was there. Would go back.

Hosted a big group dinner for 80 here. The team handled everything so smoothly, even when a small hiccup came up. Food was on point. Really impressed with how calm and professional the service was throughout.
