Been coming here for years. The fish and chips are always solid. Crispy batter, fresh fish. The curry sauce is a nice touch, makes it a bit different.

The spicy beef noodles were the real deal. Properly chewy noodles, a rich broth with a good kick, and tender beef. The spring roll was crispy, not greasy. For under £8, that's a solid lunch.

The tandoori mix box had really fresh, well-seasoned meats. Good portion for sharing.

Loved the fish here! The batter is so thin and crisp, and the portion was huge. Nice harbour view too.

Lunch set is £9 for two courses and a drink. Service was quick and polite. Good value for a business lunch in the area.

Had a lovely dinner here last night. The lamb shank was cooked perfectly, just fell off the bone. Service was attentive but not intrusive. A bit pricey for the portion size, but the quality was there. Would go back.

First time ordering from them. The curry was really good, flavourful and rich. Just wish it had a bit more of a kick to it, that's all. Will definitely get it again.

Breakfast here was solid. Good portions, cooked well. The view from the seating area is a real plus, makes for a relaxed start to the day. Service was prompt.

Hosted a big group dinner for 80 here. The team handled everything so smoothly, even when a small hiccup came up. Food was on point. Really impressed with how calm and professional the service was throughout.

The chicken mandi is the standout. Meat was tender, flavours were rich. Probably the best version I've had. Service was efficient, got my order quickly during a busy lunch.

First visit but not my last. Chose this on the basis of good reviews and not disappointed. Friendly and efficient service, great food. I am wheat intolerant and staff were very attentive to this. Loved the web cam street scenes of Delhi, a brilliant and original touch.

No. 5 of Local Restaurants in Newcastle upon Tyne

Tried the restaurant week menu. Portions were generous, no skimping there. Food was solid, especially for the price. Good deal.

The staff were really nice. They even gave us a free taste of the Persian chicken curry, which was a nice touch.

Abi was so lovely and attentive, always checking in with a smile. The service really made the meal feel relaxed and easy. We'll be back.

Been coming here for years, and the linguine marinara is the reason. They always get the pasta just right, and the crustaceans are fresh. Simple, but it's consistently good. That's what keeps me coming back.

The Indo-Chinese dishes are fantastic. The wine list had some interesting pairings that really complemented the bold flavours.

Popped in for the lunch deal. The potato skins were crispy and loaded, and the seafood marinara had a proper kick to it. Staff were quick and friendly, even when it got busy. Solid spot for a casual bite.

The menu was exactly as described, no surprises. Had the grilled salmon, it was simple and cooked just right. A solid, no-fuss meal that hit the spot.

Been here a few times now and the food's always spot on. The app that lets you follow your order is a nice little bonus, makes it easy to time when to head out with friends.

That lamb madras is just so good. It's become our go-to spot because of it. The staff are always lovely, which helps.

The portions here are massive. Got the lunch special, couldn't finish it all. Really good value for a quick, filling meal.

Nice spot on the green. Sat outside watching a bit of cricket. Owners were really welcoming. That was the best part.

The tapas were spot on, really felt like Spain. Just wish the music was a bit lower, had to raise my voice a bit to chat. Still, a nice vibe.

Menu had a few veggie choices which was nice. The homemade chips were the highlight for me, really good. Portions felt a bit on the smaller side for the price though.
