Popped in for a quick breakfast before the office. The omelette really stood out – local eggs, cooked just right, not rubbery at all. Staff were friendly and kept things moving. A solid start to the day.

My son's dairy allergy was no issue here. The plant-based waffle and mango sorbet were a hit.

A hidden gem on Castle Road. My husband's lemon cake looked so good, but he wouldn't share a single bite!

Service is polite and efficient. Makes for a smooth business lunch.

The building itself is lovely, and they've made great use of the space with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's a nice spot to just sit for a while.

As a vegan, the custom falafel wrap was a nice touch. Appreciated them taking the time to explain everything.

I had an amazing experience at The Embankment for my baby shower. The afternoon tea was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Tom, our host, was a delight!

The restaurant has a great ambience with fresh and delicious food, comfortable seating, and friendly staff, making it a perfect spot for a meal.

Been coming here for years. It's a proper little hideaway down the lane. Their milkshake is the real deal - thick, not too sweet. Always hits the spot. Prices are fair for what you get.

The full English was spot on. Hot, fresh, everything cooked just right. Honestly, for what you get, the price is a pleasant surprise. A proper start to the day.

Lovely little family-run cafe. The prawn baguette was the star for me - fresh, crusty bread and the filling was spot on. My latte was huge and kept me going all afternoon. A solid lunch spot.

Jesmin was so lovely, she took the time to explain the specials with a genuine smile. It made ordering feel really easy and relaxed. The whole service was just very pleasant.

The peanut butter chocolate milkshake. Thick, not too sweet. Way better than the usual fast-food stuff.

The roast was spot on, really fresh and flavourful. But the atmosphere is what got me. The lighting and decor just felt so cosy and welcoming, like a proper Sunday should.

Nice spot to stop for a drink with friends on a walk.

Had the sausage roll and Keralan pasty. Both were solid, well-made. The chai latte was good too. Service was efficient, got my order quickly. A reliable spot for a straightforward lunch.

Lovely spot for a catch-up with friends. The vibe is so cosy, we ended up staying for hours just chatting. Menu has something for everyone and the prices are fair. Staff were really nice too.

Lovely visit, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients were in my salad, you could tell everything was just prepped. A very pleasant meal.
