What a treat! Fabulous and innovative use of ingredients. Beautifully presented with thoughtful explanation (though our Spanish wasn’t good enough to understand all the detail!). Well done to the chef (who was there to chat to customers when we paid)!.

The owner, Ángel, gave me a few tips for exploring Cuenca. That was helpful. The room itself was comfortable and the location is very central.

The food is always spot on, never greasy. Came with friends last Friday and we all loved the sharing platters - perfect for catching up over a long meal. The price is really fair for what you get.

The cheesecake is the star. Served in a glass with a scoop of ice cream on top. The texture is incredible, not too heavy. Still remember it a year later!

The local wine list is decent. They bring out a small plate of cured meats and Manchego with each bottle, which is a nice touch. Makes it feel a bit more complete.

Had dinner on their little terrace. The food here is different from the usual spots in town. It was packed, but the vibe was good.

Perfect for a quick Saturday lunch. The set menu is a steal. Got a few Arabic-inspired veggie plates, all came out fast. Nice, relaxed spot to grab a bite.

The €25 set menu is a steal! The artichokes with egg yolk and ham were so good, perfect for sharing with friends.

The pork tenderloin was quite good, with decent portions. The quality of the meat really came through. A solid choice for the price.

The lamb shoulder was so tender it fell right off the bone. The skin on the suckling pig had a fantastic crackle. They use a proper wood-fired oven, you can really taste it. A solid choice for that style of cooking.

Lovely terrace, right by the cathedral. Had a glass of Rioja with the lamb. The wine was a perfect match, really brought out the herbs. A bit breezy later on, but the atmosphere made up for it.

Jorge, our waiter, was a real pro. His English was flawless, and he steered us right with his suggestions. Made the whole dinner feel easy and smooth.

The Morteruelo was the star for me. Such a rich, unique flavor, and the presentation was lovely.

Lovely little spot in Cuenca. The food was fresh and tasty, but what really stood out was the vibe. The lighting was soft and the wooden tables felt rustic yet modern. Just a really nice place to sit and enjoy a meal.

The venison stew is the standout. Rich flavor, tender meat. Grilled meats are also cooked just right.

It is a beautifully designed restaurant. Modern, gorgeous marble and bronze tables, comfortable 70’s style chairs, very bright. Good presentation, and creation are first class. We ordered everything in advance and could the ordering platform to be very prescriptive.. it said only the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing is available on Saturday lunch. We accepted and gave credit card payment in advance. We arrived first. We were served later than others who arrived after us.. and wine pairing was ok but not extraordinary. The real problem was it was so slow. We had a car waiting for us to drive 2 hours back to Toledo. We were more than an hour late. We arrived at 13:30 on the dot.. left at 16:00 .. did not get 2 out of the 6 courses. No reduction in bill.Great food.. let down by ordering platform and service.. It is too slow and too prescriptive. The cannot accommodate what they ask you to order and pay for in advance.

A solid traditional spot, not touristy. The menu del día is tasty and affordable. I liked the simple, rustic dining room with the old wooden tables - felt very authentic. Good for a big lunch.

The apple tart was fantastic, and they had a nice selection of local wines that paired beautifully with it. The pastries all looked freshly made.

Lovely terrace for a quiet lunch. The daily menu had a nice selection. I went for the grilled fish and the vegetables tasted so fresh. Good value for the quality of ingredients.

The Iberian pork shoulder was the star. The meat was incredibly tender, falling apart easily. The "faux risotto" underneath had a nice, creamy texture that worked well with the pork. A very satisfying dish.

Everything was delicious. Our waitress Sonia was great, she recommended a fantastic dessert that paired beautifully with a glass of Sauternes. A bit on the pricier side, but we'll be back.

The set menu is a solid deal for sharing with friends. The monkfish was a standout, and those croquettes were a tasty way to kick things off.

The waiters were really on point, super friendly. The homemade food hit the spot, and those desserts... wow. The vibe was just right for a relaxed dinner. Pro tip: book ahead, it fills up fast.

The terrace view is just stunning. Had a glass of wine there at sunset, and the whole city felt so peaceful. A bit windy, but totally worth it for that moment.

The tasting menu was a great idea. The river cake and lamb cannelloni stood out — really well executed and packed with flavor.

The staff were so friendly, made our weekend catch-up feel really nice.

The black fideuà with squid and aioli was the standout. The squid was tender, and the aioli had a nice garlic punch that cut through the richness of the noodles. The black color from the squid ink gave it a distinct, briny flavor. A solid dish.

The set menu is a good deal at €15.90. The main and dessert were tasty, but the starter was just okay.

Sunday set menu for €15. Caesar salad was huge. Ribs were juicy and sticky. Apple pie too sweet for me. Good deal.
