They surprised us with a handwritten note and a little dessert. It was a nice touch, felt personal. The card is on our fridge now.

The sizzling beef fajitas are fantastic! So tender and juicy, and the portion is huge. Perfect for sharing.

The host opened the door for us, which was a nice touch. Corey, one of the managers, stopped by our table later just to say hello and thanks. That kind of genuine Southern hospitality is what keeps me coming back. It’s a welcoming spot.

The hostess was so nice finding us a table, and our server was really friendly. I had the bottomless mimosas, which was a nice treat. It felt like a relaxed, easy lunch.

Grilled pineapple with cinnamon sugar. That’s the move here. The sweet and smoky combo cut through the richness of the meats just right. Simple but so good.

Service was on point, and the vibe was nice. My pizza came with a ton of sauce, maybe a bit too much for me. Still tasted good though.

Been coming here for years, and the steak nachos are always on point. Just the right amount of cheese and perfectly crispy chips.

The Mexican cheese board was a great start. The place was a bit understaffed though, with just one waitress for the whole restaurant.

Leo was super attentive, always checking in and refilling our drinks.

Blackened Shrimp Salad was solid. Fresh strawberries and mango, shrimp cooked just right. Also tried the Pig and Fig pizza. Heads up, the sauce has a spicy kick to it that the menu doesn't mention. Good to know for next time.

The chicken sandwich was juicy and the fried pickles were surprisingly good. I'm not usually a pickle guy. Their house red was a solid, easy-drinking choice that went well with the whole meal. Just a nice, straightforward lunch.

The butter on the biscuits is the real deal. You can taste it. Those biscuits are huge, and the grits were loaded just right. Portions are generous, no skimping here. Friendly service, too.

Cozy little spot, no frills but feels authentic. Grabbed the spicy chicken stew with friends and it was just the right amount of warmth for a chilly night. The broth was so flavorful.

The homemade tortillas are so fresh and warm, and the salsa has this bright, spicy kick. Portions are huge for the price. Just a solid, satisfying meal.

The server had this quiet way of noticing things before we even asked. My water glass was never empty, and he just knew when to step in. It felt effortless.

The steak au poivre was cooked perfectly. A bit pricey for the portion, but a solid choice for French food in Houston.

Service was on point, the dining room looks fresh. That steak salad though – the sirloin is seasoned like a gyro, really makes the dish. Ate it all.

Solid onion rings, perfectly crispy. Fries came out hot and crisp too. Exactly what you want with a burger. Quick service for a busy lunch.

Grilled shrimp po-boy was on point. Hush puppies too. Got enough for leftovers, which was perfect for lunch the next day. Solid spot.

Loved the whole ship vibe here! The catfish po' boy was the star for me—super crispy and the bread was perfect. Our server was really friendly and made great suggestions. It's a little on the pricier side, but I'd come back just for that sandwich.

First time here, and the top-shelf margaritas with fresh lime were spot on. Jason was a really enthusiastic server, which made the evening.

A solid Chicago-style deep dish, pretty authentic for Houston. The patio seating is nice, though the interior felt a bit cramped.

The burgers are pretty good and the patty was juicy. Sweet potato fries were a nice side, though the bun got a bit soggy.

Weekday lunch buffet is a solid deal. The selection rotates, and the ingredients are fresh. Good mix of meat and veggie options. Simple, clean space.

The crust on their pizza is so thin and crisp, it’s just right. I keep coming back for that simple margherita.

So many cheesecake choices! I counted at least 15 kinds on the menu. We tried the original and the Oreo one. The original was classic and creamy, just right. The Oreo was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my friend loved it. Good spot for dessert.

Stopped by on a whim with my friends. The French onion soup was so good we all ended up ordering it. 😂 Service was really friendly and quick, which was perfect for our group chat.

The linguini with white clams was the whole reason I came. So garlicky, and the clams were fresh and plentiful. Just a solid, satisfying plate of pasta. Exactly what I was hoping for on a first visit.

Been coming here for years. The slices are huge and cheap, perfect for a quick lunch downtown. Gets pretty busy around noon, but that's expected.

Nice spot for a casual lunch. Service was quick and friendly today. The vibe is relaxed, not too loud, which I appreciate. Just a solid, no-fuss place to grab a bite.
