The five-course menu was solid. Portions were generous enough that I didn't need to grab a snack afterwards. Each plate came out looking neat, not overly fussy. For what you pay, you get a proper meal, not just tiny tasting bites. I'd say it's one of the better deals in the area right now.

We grabbed a table on the terrace and settled in with a nice bottle of red. The wine list here is seriously deep, so it took me a minute to decide. Food was solid, especially the pasta. Only hiccup was the service lagged when we wanted a second round. Took a while to flag someone down. Still, a decent spot for a relaxed evening.

Been coming here for a while now. Wine list is solid, and the spot itself has a nice vibe. Food's mostly good, though a dish might miss the mark every now and then. Still keeps me coming back.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Place looks modern inside, outdoor seating is nice too. Service was friendly but we waited a bit longer than I'd like. Got the schnitzel, it was fresh and cooked properly. Not the fastest spot in the neighborhood, but the food makes up for it. I'd come back if I'm not in a hurry.

The crust is the star. Light, airy, with a nice crisp. You can tell the dough is fermented for days. Honestly, I just wanted another slice for the crust alone. The rest was fine, but that base? Really good.

I had an unforgettable experience at Ivy! The food was delicious, especially the Ivy Tacos, and the service was professional. The only downside was the close seating arrangement, which made it feel a bit crowded.

Stopped by for lunch. The staff were really friendly and efficient, made me feel welcome right away. Food was excellent, everything came out quickly. Just a solid, no-fuss meal.

The bacalhau here is really good. I ordered it on a weekday evening and the fish was flaky, not too salty. They use decent olive oil too. Portions are fair for the price. It's a small place, nothing fancy, but the food felt honest. I'd go back for that dish alone.

Stumbled into this place and it felt properly Spanish, not touristy. The boquerones en vinagre were spot on, really fresh. Wine list had some nice picks too. Only thing is the bill at the end was a bit heavy for tapas. But I'd still go back for those anchovies.

Food's solid, and the staff didn't rush us even when it got busy. But man, Saturday night was packed—we waited at the bar for our table. A reservation's a must if you're coming after 7. I had a nice glass of red with the steak, worked well. Just wish the noise level was a bit lower.

The pad thai was solid—proper tamarind tang, not the gloppy sweet version you get in most places. I paired it with a cold Singha and honestly that combo hit the spot. Thai iced tea came out later than I'd have liked, but it was well balanced. Staff checked in just enough without hovering.

The mixed tapas platter never disappoints—boquerones and gambas are always on point. Just get there before 6:30, it fills up fast.

Stopped by for a quick currywurst. Solid, nothing fancy. Price was fair for the portion. Place is a bit off the main path, but fine if you're nearby. Not a destination, but it does the job.

Buffet at €7.90 is a solid deal. Butter chicken and palak paneer were decent, though spices are toned down. Mango lassi was the highlight. Fine if you're craving Indian without the heat.

Spacious spot, group of us came through and service stayed quick despite the rush. Tablet ordering was handy, kept everything straight. Solid pick.

Schnitzel was decent and the portion matched the price. Nothing fancy, but for a quick meal near the center it does the job. Service was fast enough.

The staff were friendly and helped us figure out the menu. Lamb chops were the highlight—cooked properly and really flavorful.

The cakes here are really good, had a slice with a cappuccino. Cozy little place in the center of Karlsruhe. Service was friendly, no complaints.

Been coming here for a while now. The food's always solid, comes out fast too. Service can drag a bit when it's busy, but that's whatever. Staff's friendly enough. I keep going back for the schnitzel, it's consistently good. Place gets loud at lunch, but you know what you're getting into. Fine by me.

Loved the Syrian and Lebanese plates here. The fresh hummus and grilled meats were spot on. Staff helped us pick, which was nice. Place fills up fast, so book ahead.

We sat by the window, and the light was just right for a lazy evening. Cocktails were solid, and the tapas platter—you pick from seven—felt fair for the price. Service stayed friendly even when it got busier. Only thing: the smoking lounge is right there, so if you're sensitive to that, pick your spot carefully.

The pork schnitzel was properly crispy, not greasy. Came with a decent potato salad. For 9 euros, that's fair for the portion. Place is a bit worn down but I wasn't here for the decor. Would eat that schnitzel again.

The bifteki was juicy, tzatziki had a proper garlic kick. Salad dressing a bit sharp for me, but the meal hit the spot. Solid quick lunch spot.

The duck was spot on, crispy skin and juicy meat. Portion size decent for the price. Renovation made it brighter, but I kinda miss the old rustic feel.

Stopped by for an iced coffee and a scoop of ice cream. Place was open on a public holiday, which saved us. Coffee was solid, nothing fancy. Service was quick and friendly enough. Easy to spot in the pedestrian zone. Fine for a quick stop, though I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
