Found this place after a disappointing hotel breakfast. The owner was really friendly and chatty, which was nice. Prices are fair for a proper cooked breakfast. We'll definitely come back.

Lovely spot for a catch-up with friends. The staff are so sweet and friendly. Food was delicious - my friend missed out on a dish she wanted as it had sold out, which is a shame but shows how popular it is! Prices are really fair.

The coffee is the real deal here. They use a single-origin bean that's roasted in-house, and you can taste the difference. It's got a smooth, nutty finish without any bitterness. The food menu looks decent, but honestly, I just come for the espresso.

Stumbled in here and the bar staff were really friendly. Their Old Fashioned was spot on, perfectly balanced. So good we came back the next night for another round.

The upstairs room was perfect for our group. Staff handled everything without a fuss, even with last-minute changes. Food came out hot and on time, which isn't always a given. Made the whole evening stress-free.

Staff were really patient with my dietary needs. The gluten-free bread was surprisingly good, not dry at all. Had a nice flat white with oat milk. Just a solid, relaxed spot for a coffee and a bite.

The set menu's scallop starter was the standout. The coconut sauce was light and creamy, not too sweet, which worked perfectly with the scallop's texture. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was also good, very rich.

Popped in for a quick bite before wandering around the Barbican. The pasta was simple but really tasty, just what I needed. Service was quick and friendly. Good spot.

The lemon sole with samphire salad was the highlight. The fish was cooked just right, flaky and moist. The samphire added a nice salty crunch. That's what I came for.

We had a family get-together here. The buffet was the main draw for me. I really appreciated the fresh salad bar and the grilled vegetable selection. It felt like a good, balanced choice. The staff were very accommodating with our group.

The full English was spot on. Bacon crispy, eggs runny, beans not too sweet. Portions are generous for the price. Just a solid, no-nonsense breakfast.

Popped into Sato for a quick bite. The 'Any Jungle' cocktail was spot on, a nice nod to the film. Got my food and drink fast, which is what I needed. Solid for a speedy lunch stop.

Been here a few times. Good spot in the middle of town. My mate's veggie and he said the options were solid, which is saying something. Decent beer list too.

Been coming here for years, and their mocktails are the reason. They always have a couple of good non-alcoholic options that actually taste like something. Makes it easy when you're the designated driver or just not in the mood.

The mango chicken here is so good, we always end up ordering two plates for the table. It's got this sweet and savoury thing going on that everyone loves. Portions are big enough to share, which is perfect for a group. Just be ready for a bit of a wait on busy nights.

Been coming here for years, and the steak is always spot on. Cooked exactly how I like it, every single time. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

Loved the vibe here for a weekend brunch with friends. The nachos were so good we kept ordering more! Service was quick and friendly, which is great when you're catching up. A bit on the pricier side, but the atmosphere made it worth it.

A decent spot for Mexican food. The atmosphere is lively and fun, which I enjoyed. The tacos were pretty good, though the margarita was a bit too sweet for my taste.

Cosy spot, nice vibe. Staff are friendly, they remember your drink order. Music’s a bit loud for a proper chat, but the decor is lovely. Good for a relaxed evening.

The shrimp fajita was incredible! The music was spot on for a casual catch-up with friends.

Lovely spot for a quiet coffee. The Turkish coffee was just right, and the pomegranate tea is a nice change. The chairs are comfortable, which is a big plus for me. It’s easy to just sit and unwind here for a while.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up with a slice of their chocolate fudge cake. It was dense and rich, just the right kind of indulgent. Coffee was solid too. A nice, quiet spot to unwind for a bit.

Been going here for years. The carbonara's always spot on, you can tell they put the effort in. Bolognese is solid too. It's the real deal.

A pretty good meal overall. The food was decent and the service was fine. I did notice some noise from the kitchen area at times, which was a bit distracting. But it didn't spoil the evening.

Decent food from a concise menu. The views are lovely, though the service was a bit slow.

The staff were so kind. They actually made us the breakfast item we wanted even though it was a few minutes past the cutoff. Just a really nice gesture that made the morning.

Wasn't planning on eating here, just wandered in. The fish curry with roti hit the spot though. Good spice, not too heavy. A solid meal.

Just popped in for lunch. The vibe is super cute and relaxing, really liked the decor. Food was tasty, I had the pasta. Service was friendly and quick. A nice spot.

Decent spot. The garden area is small but nice to sit in with the dog. Staff were friendly, no issues there. Portions are big, maybe too big for me honestly. Couldn't finish my plate.

Recently refurbished, and the upstairs dining area is lovely. It’s clean, tidy, and has a really nice atmosphere. A great spot for a quiet meal.
