A decent spot for takeaway fish and chips. The batter was a bit soft, maybe from the box, but the fish itself was fine. Came with lemon and tartare sauce, which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast is a good deal. The fried bread was spot on, bacon cooked just right. Portions are decent for the price, which is rare these days. A solid choice if you're watching your spend.

The plum wine was such a nice surprise. It had this subtle sweetness that just went perfectly with the rich flavours of the food. Really made the evening.

Loved the fresh herbs in the beef shawarma, you could really taste the quality. The Arabic coffee was a perfect aromatic finish. Such a relaxing spot with all the plants.

The lamb balti was really good, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Suman's service was attentive and helpful.

Found this great vegetarian spot by the river. The overnight peanut butter oats were a nice, creative twist for breakfast. The place itself is really bright and airy, with big windows overlooking the water. Just a relaxed spot to start the day.

Been coming here for years. The food is always piping hot and tasty, no matter when you go.

Loved how welcoming they were to our pup! Madeline was so sweet and even brought him a little treat.

The vibe is just right here. It's welcoming without trying too hard, and the lighting is soft. A really nice spot to unwind after a long day.

The owner was super friendly, had a good chat while we waited. Honestly, it's nice when someone seems to enjoy what they do, makes the whole meal feel a bit more relaxed.

Found this place after a disappointing hotel breakfast. The owner was really friendly and chatty, which was nice. Prices are fair for a proper cooked breakfast. We'll definitely come back.

Lovely spot for a catch-up with friends. The staff are so sweet and friendly. Food was delicious - my friend missed out on a dish she wanted as it had sold out, which is a shame but shows how popular it is! Prices are really fair.

The coffee is the real deal here. They use a single-origin bean that's roasted in-house, and you can taste the difference. It's got a smooth, nutty finish without any bitterness. The food menu looks decent, but honestly, I just come for the espresso.

Stumbled in here and the bar staff were really friendly. Their Old Fashioned was spot on, perfectly balanced. So good we came back the next night for another round.

The upstairs room was perfect for our group. Staff handled everything without a fuss, even with last-minute changes. Food came out hot and on time, which isn't always a given. Made the whole evening stress-free.

Staff were really patient with my dietary needs. The gluten-free bread was surprisingly good, not dry at all. Had a nice flat white with oat milk. Just a solid, relaxed spot for a coffee and a bite.

The set menu's scallop starter was the standout. The coconut sauce was light and creamy, not too sweet, which worked perfectly with the scallop's texture. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was also good, very rich.

The lemon sole with samphire salad was the highlight. The fish was cooked just right, flaky and moist. The samphire added a nice salty crunch. That's what I came for.

Been coming here for years, and their mocktails are the reason. They always have a couple of good non-alcoholic options that actually taste like something. Makes it easy when you're the designated driver or just not in the mood.

The mango chicken here is so good, we always end up ordering two plates for the table. It's got this sweet and savoury thing going on that everyone loves. Portions are big enough to share, which is perfect for a group. Just be ready for a bit of a wait on busy nights.

Been coming here for years, and the steak is always spot on. Cooked exactly how I like it, every single time. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

A decent spot for Mexican food. The atmosphere is lively and fun, which I enjoyed. The tacos were pretty good, though the margarita was a bit too sweet for my taste.

Cosy spot, nice vibe. Staff are friendly, they remember your drink order. Music’s a bit loud for a proper chat, but the decor is lovely. Good for a relaxed evening.

The shrimp fajita was incredible! The music was spot on for a casual catch-up with friends.

Lovely spot for a quiet coffee. The Turkish coffee was just right, and the pomegranate tea is a nice change. The chairs are comfortable, which is a big plus for me. It’s easy to just sit and unwind here for a while.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up with a slice of their chocolate fudge cake. It was dense and rich, just the right kind of indulgent. Coffee was solid too. A nice, quiet spot to unwind for a bit.

Been going here for years. The carbonara's always spot on, you can tell they put the effort in. Bolognese is solid too. It's the real deal.

A pretty good meal overall. The food was decent and the service was fine. I did notice some noise from the kitchen area at times, which was a bit distracting. But it didn't spoil the evening.

Wasn't planning on eating here, just wandered in. The fish curry with roti hit the spot though. Good spice, not too heavy. A solid meal.

The lamb rogan was fantastic, so flavourful! The staff handled our big group of friends perfectly, no stress at all. Great spot for a catch-up.
