I had the &quot;misfortune&quot; of dining at the Garden Restaurant for buffet-lunch yesterday (23 September 2006). Few observations below, which I believe is disgraceful for a Hotel that carries such a reputable brand as Sheraton.1. Stale food - The biryani, pomfret curry, lamb chop were surely left-over stale foods that should not have been put on the serving table.  Aside from that, some of the dessert, for example brownie, baklava etc. were certainly from day or two before, totally dry and devoid of any taste.2. Spoilt food: Both the sweet and sour curds were &quot;totally spoilt&quot; and beyond any acceptable quality. Having tried a spoonful, We were on the verge of throwing-up.3. Service: Absolutely unacceptable. Dumplings were not ready even at 1315 hrs and despite several commitments that it will be served in 5 minutes - they were only ready after 30 minutes. Besides, when finally served the chicken filling was as hard as rock! The Prawn filling was okay.Apart from the fried prawns (being freshly prepared) and the Ice Cream (for which I have given a one-star overall rating) the food quality was simply terrible. I keep coming back for their tiramisu cake, it&rsquo;s always so good. They even let you customize it, which is a nice touch. Slightly pricey but honestly worth it for a treat with friends 🍰

Came here for a quick bite and honestly the portion size caught me off guard. For the price, I felt like I got enough to actually fill me up. The place is small though, and the AC was struggling a bit. But the dessert and drink options are solid. Would go back if I&#39;m in the area again.

The soup and squid were properly seasoned, really enjoyed those. Seafood pasta though... menu said one thing, got another. Sauce had zero spice which was a letdown. Place was busy but we got our food quick enough. Would come back just for the squid honestly 🦑

The grilled chicken steak was juicy, cooked right. Steamed veggies and fried rice on the side worked fine. Price is a bit steep for a casual meal though. I mean, you&#39;re paying for the ingredient quality, that&#39;s fair. But don&#39;t come here expecting a cheap lunch. I&#39;d say it&#39;s decent for a treat, not for everyday.
