The set menu is a steal at under €20. The wine list had some nice, affordable options that paired well with the hearty portions.

The terrace view is lovely at sunset. I appreciated the fresh ingredients in my salad, the greens were crisp and the tomatoes tasted like they were just picked. A nice spot for a light, healthy meal.

The fish in the starter was so fresh, you could taste the sea. The main course was huge and looked like art on a plate. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their menu is unique, nothing like the usual places.

The set menu was a treat. Fish soup had depth, the duck was cooked just right, and the prawns were plump. Desserts were a highlight too. Everything felt fresh and carefully put together. A solid meal from start to finish.

We stopped off in Dieppe for lunch on the way back to Calais from Normandy and picked Le Palmier based on the positive reviews - they are all true - not fancy but a warm and cheerful restaurant with lovely good value food and excellent friendly service - we had 3 tagines (vegetarian. Marakesh (meatballs, peas & egg) and Chicken and Prunes and Almonds) and one Coscous Royal (Coscous with a side plate of mixed grilled meat) - all were great - portion sizes are generous too - one tagine, a salad and fries would feed 2 for lunch - special mention for the lovely waitress who served us - strongly recommended

A decent family-run place off the beaten path. The staff were friendly and patient with my limited French.

The menu had a lot of options, and the prices were okay. I ordered the pasta, and the portion was huge—definitely enough for two people. I ended up taking half of it home.

Stopped in for a drink and ended up staying for dinner. The menu had some interesting stuff, went with the grilled octopus. Live music was a nice surprise, made the evening chill. Staff was cool about letting me linger.

Had dinner on the terrace overlooking the harbor. The view was lovely, but honestly, the portions felt a bit small for the price. My main course was gone in a few bites.

The pork with Roquefort sauce was the star. Rich, savory, and perfectly cooked. The Merguez and fries were solid. The tomato salad was fine, but could've been better with some heirloom varieties for more punch. A good meal.

The set menu was a nice surprise. The foie gras starter was really rich and creamy, and the portion was generous. Good for a first visit.

Been coming here for years. The evening set menu is a steal. The chicken curry with noodles is homemade, you can tell. Service is always on point.

Reliable spot for late-night Japanese in Dieppe. Decent food, fair prices. The sake list is basic but they had a decent Junmai that went well with the grilled mackerel. Could be a touch warmer, but it hits the spot.

Just had the seafood platter and scallops here. The scallops were harvested that morning, you could really taste the freshness. The platter was huge, maybe a bit too much for two people.

The view is lovely, and the floor manager was so kind. The staff overall is welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail in the service. It made for a relaxed evening.

The kids' menu was surprisingly solid, and the staff were genuinely kind. I appreciated the short wine list - found a decent local red that paired nicely with the lamb ragù. A bit noisy for a quiet chat, but fine for a family dinner.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They really made us feel at ease the moment we walked in.

Been going here for years. The food is always tasty and looks nice on the plate. Service is quick and the staff are nice. It's just a solid, reliable spot.

Been coming here for years, and the mussels in maroilles sauce are always spot-on. Just the right amount of creaminess.
