刘闲人This is the authentic California beef noodle restaurant, which was established by Chinese Americans. It uses large pieces of beef, adds seasonings, boils over high heat, removes foam, and then simmers over low heat until the beef brisket is soft and tasty. This is the braised beef soup. When the noodles are cooked, pour in the beef soup, add seasoned vegetables, etc., and the taste is delicious.

The place wasn't particularly large, and there wasn't a place to charge. The service wasn't particularly good, and the attitude was quite average. The food was okay, but not particularly authentic. The prices were also high, so the value wasn't great. A bowl of rice noodles in Yunnan costs over ten yuan, but here it's over 20 to 30 yuan. After eating, we left; the seating wasn't comfortable.
