The best lambsrack ever ! Unbelievably succulent ! Large portion ! Pity one has to hurry before it gets cold. We ordered creme brulee for dessert. Very very tasty, too. Extremely friendly service at this place. We will be back.

I had a wonderful experience dining on the terrace. The service was excellent, and the food was top-notch, especially the spareribs!

Beds were comfy, which mattered most after a long day. Room felt a bit dated, but for what we paid, it was decent value.

We have eaten at the restaurant (De Tippe) many times in the past. Our experiences there have been somewhat mixed, from disappointing to wholly enjoyable. This time was good but not exceptional. We were seated immediately but waited li ger than expected for a menu and drunk orders. The website for De Tippe showed a menu in english (not merely a translation) but a physical menu in English was not available in the restaurant (we had an english-speaking only guest with us). All elements of the meal were well presented and tasty but our pork schnitzel (we all ordered it) was tough to chew and should have been more tender.

Stopped by for dinner, place has a nice cozy vibe. Had the grilled chicken, pretty solid. Service was friendly enough, though it took a bit to get the bill. Fine for a chill evening, nothing fancy.

Been coming here for a while now. The rendang's still as good as the first time I tried it. Chicken satay's solid too. Place gets busy but the staff stays friendly.

Lovely spot for a relaxed dinner. The conservatory is cozy, though the terrace would be great in summer. Had a nice glass of red with the steak—decent pour, not overpriced. Service was friendly enough.

The tuna tartare really stood out — fresh, well seasoned, not overdressed. Wine pairing matched it nicely too. Space has that classic-meets-industrial vibe, pretty cool for a casual dinner. Only thing: pace felt a bit rushed, would’ve liked a slower evening. But for the food alone, I’d come back.

Stopped here after a forest walk — the location is really nice, right by the trees. Kids had plenty of room to run around while we grabbed a drink. Didn't try the full menu, just a quick lunch, but it hit the spot. Good spot to recharge before heading back.

The mojito was really good—probably the best I’ve had in a while. The place has a nice vibe too, though it did get a bit busy later on.

Nice big terrace, grabbed a coffee and just chilled for a bit. Service was friendly, no rush at all. Good spot to take a break if you're walking around the area. Coffee did the job, nothing fancy but fine for a quick stop. Would sit outside again if I'm nearby.

The herb garden got me — loved seeing fresh thyme and rosemary right there. Had the 3-course surprise menu, decent portions. Terrace is pretty but the wine list could use more organic options.

Stopped here before visiting the Drents Museum across the street. Friendly staff, and the coffee was good enough that I stayed way longer than planned. Just a simple lunch spot, nothing fancy, but it worked perfectly for a lazy afternoon.

Been coming here for a while now. The flavors stay consistent every single time, which is honestly why I keep going back.

Plenty of veggie and vegan options, which I always appreciate. Kids' menu was a nice touch too. Outdoor seating was fine, parking in the back is a bonus. Decent spot for a casual bite.

The flat white was honestly the best I’ve had in a while. Rich, not burnt, and the milk was steamed just right. Service was quick even though they were busy. Only downside, the seating is a bit cramped if you want to stay and work. But for a quick coffee stop, it’s solid.

The terrace is really nice for a quick stop. I had the mushroom soup with bread and it was honestly the highlight—creamy but not too heavy. My partner got the smash burger and it was a proper double, messy in the best way. Inside is cozy too. Only thing is it got a bit busy around noon, but fine for a casual bite.

The fish was really good and the roast beef salad had a decent portion for the price. We paid around what I'd expect for this area, so no complaints there. Place was busy but we got a table without waiting too long. I'd come back if I'm in the neighborhood again.

The rijstaffel was solid—lots of little dishes, all pretty tasty. Sitting by the window got a bit warm though, which was slightly uncomfortable. Still, the food made up for it. Wouldn't mind coming back for that spread again. Just maybe ask for a table further inside next time.

Ordered the barbecued beef medium and it came exactly as asked. Sides were a nice mix too. Portion felt right, and the place had a good vibe.

The waffles were good, but honestly the service stood out—they brought everything to us across the street.

The concept is nice and the place feels cozy. Food was tasty, service felt genuine. Portions were a bit small for what you pay though.

The steak and fries were solid, and the salad had a good amount of shrimp on it. Portions felt right for sharing, and the price was fair. Beer was the real highlight here. Coffee was a bit of a letdown, but that’s not why I’d come back. Seats were comfortable enough to stay a while.

Zeegster burger was solid. Really juicy, good bun. Staff were quick, friendly enough. Satay came out a bit dry though, overcooked. Also noticed a few hygiene things that kinda put me off. Not sure if I'd rush back, but the burger itself did the job.

The interior is modern without feeling cold — good lighting, tables spaced out enough that you're not overhearing the next conversation. Sat near the window and it was pretty comfortable. They've got an outdoor terrace too, which is nice if you catch a sunny day. Wouldn't mind going back just for that.

The terrace really caught my eye—looks gorgeous, even if we ended up sitting inside. Traditional meat dishes were solid, nothing fancy but well done. Owner came across as genuinely friendly, made the place feel welcoming. Would've liked to sit outside though, maybe next time when the weather cooperates.

The apple pie with real whipped cream was the standout. Crust was buttery, filling had just enough cinnamon, and the cream was properly thick. Ate it on the terrace watching the square do its thing. Pie did most of the talking. Service was fine but honestly I was too busy with that slice to care much about anything else.
