As a vegan, I'm always on the lookout. The sheer number of home-baked options here is a relief. Had the chocolate cake, and it was honestly so good.

The triple meat Sunday roast was spot on. The beef was tender, pork crackling crisp, and the chicken juicy. Gravy was rich, and the Yorkshire puddings were proper. Portions are generous, so come hungry. A solid Sunday feed.

The lamb and new potato pie was the star. Proper homemade pastry, rich filling. A solid 20-minute walk from our hotel, but no regrets.

The coffee here is seriously good - rich and smooth. I grabbed a slice of their lemon drizzle cake to go with it, which was lovely and moist. Just the right kind of cozy spot to unwind in for a bit.

Lovely spot for a weekend brunch with friends! The breakfast was really good, especially the avocado toast. The terrace is dog-friendly, which is a nice touch. Service was a bit slow though, but we weren't in a rush.

There was a nice fish at the entrance which was a great surprise, and then we went and had a roast on a train carriage which was a wholesome and delicious experience 10/10

Been coming here for years. The whopper burger and homemade chips are still solid, portions are big. Reminds me of the old days. Gets the job done.

Been coming here for years. The team always remembers you, makes you feel like a regular even if it's been a while. That's what keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years. The Thai-Japanese fusion menu is always reliable, and they're really good with dietary requests.

Parking's a bit of a pain, but the crispy shrimp is huge for the price. Really crunchy, packed with flavour. We ordered two portions and it was more than enough for three of us.

A quiet weekday lunch with my sister. I really appreciated how they handled my request to swap the side salad for extra grilled veggies without any fuss. The greens in my main were so crisp and fresh, you could tell they were prepped that morning. Made for a really satisfying, light meal.

Popped in with a few mates for a first try. The pizza was spot on, really good. The vibe was perfect for a casual catch-up - not too loud so we could actually hear each other. Might be back for another round.

Found a real gem! The portions here are generous, especially for the price. My main was a huge plate of pasta, honestly could have shared it. Even when it's busy, you get your money's worth.

Ordered the mixed grill for two. Portions are huge, had leftovers to take home. Meat quality was good, tasted fresh. Good value for the amount you get.

Mai and Amal were very attentive. Quick to refill water, checked in without being intrusive. Service was efficient, which I appreciate during a business lunch. Made the visit smooth.

The mixed platter for three was huge! We couldn't finish it. Really generous portions.
