The food was ok but nothing special. The burger is small rather than large. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. However, the atmosphere did not impress me, because there is a bistro and a tobacconist in the same space (selling lottery tickets, ...).

The back patio is such a nice find for a quiet coffee break.

The menu is concise, but each dish shows real care. I was impressed by how the local ingredients shone. The wine list had a thoughtful selection that paired beautifully with my meal. A solid spot for a relaxed dinner.

Stopped by for a late breakfast and grabbed the waffles—really good, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Staff was friendly, didn’t rush me even though it got busier. Place has a nice relaxed vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m in the area again.

The owner is super friendly and it’s got that local pub feel. I spent a good hour just sipping my beer and watching the street life go by. Perfect spot for a chill afternoon.

The shrimp croquettes were the highlight—rich, clearly homemade. Classic prep, decent quality ingredients. Solid spot if you're into seafood. Mine came out a bit oily on the bottom, but nothing major. I'd probably come back for those croquettes alone.

Nice quiet square, decent spot for a coffee break. Service was friendly and the terrace is pleasant. Good enough if you're in the area and need a rest.

Claire'Maris was the highlight of our recent visit to France. There was an extensive selection of vegetarian dishes to choose from. The food was really good quality, and absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful and helpful, we had a lovely lunch.

The pancakes were solid and the portion was generous. Classic brasserie spot at the coast, service did the job. Prices felt fair for what you get.

The pizza here actually tastes like something you'd get in Italy, not the usual Belgian version. Espresso was solid too, short and strong. Place itself is pretty basic though, wooden tables and not much cushioning on the chairs. Fine for a quick bite, but I wouldn't linger too long after finishing.

The hot chocolate hit the spot on a cold afternoon. Pancakes were sweet and filling. Place felt cozy enough, though the seating area was a bit cramped.

We ended up coming here twice in one trip. Second time we just walked in, no reservation, and they found us a table on the terrace anyway. That was nice. The food was solid both times, and the staff actually seemed happy to see us. Not the kind of place you need to plan around, just show up and it works.

Friendly staff, even when my Dutch wasn't great. Solid spot for a quick coffee and a snack. The seating was a bit cramped though.

Loved the tableside prep here—felt like a little show with our food. Wine pairing matched really well too. Service was warm, family-run kind of vibe. Just wish the pacing was a bit quicker between courses.

Great portions for the price, and the place was really clean. You can tell the owners actually care about their customers.

The lunch menu here is honestly a solid deal — meat came out properly cooked and the staff didn’t rush us at all. I sat near the window and the light was nice, not too harsh. Only thing: tables are a bit close together, so you kinda hear everyone’s conversation. Still, for the price, I left full and satisfied.

Solid terrace view of the square. Beer selection's good, food was decent. Busy but worth it for the price.

The mussels in garlic cream sauce were spot on, fries crispy too. Price is a bit steep for what you get, but the quality makes up for it.

Love this spot! The garden in summer is just perfect for a lazy afternoon tea. The scones are still warm when they arrive, and the clotted cream is divine. A bit of a wait for a table on weekends, but totally worth it.

Came here for a midweek dinner. For about €40 each, we got an aperitif, shared a starter, main, dessert, and water. The homemade profiteroles were a nice touch, felt like a proper meal. Decent value for a sit-down place.

Fresh bread and homemade jam were spot on. Hostess actually seemed happy to see me. Quick in and out for breakfast, which is all I need sometimes.

The seafood tasted really fresh and the cooking was simple but done right. Sat near the window, the light was nice but the chairs got a bit hard after a while. Still, comfortable enough to linger over dinner.

The pancakes are massive, and honestly that’s the main thing. Got the classic stack, fluffy, crispy edges, real butter melting on top. Taste is solid, not too sweet. Portion’s almost too much for one person. I’d come back just for those. Kids seemed to like it too, but I wasn’t really paying attention to that.

Fresh pasta and pizza were solid, prices fair for the quality. Service was quick too, got in and out during lunch rush. Place was a bit noisy but that's fine for a quick bite.

Rich hot chocolate, proper thick stuff. Needed that after the museum. Place is small, kinda quiet, right off the square. Price was fair, not touristy at all. Girl behind the counter was nice. Just sat there a while, warming up. Good stop if you're in the area.

Stopped by for brunch and the brownie came with a little extra on the side. Nice surprise, and the coffee was decent. Seats were comfy enough to linger a bit.
