The New Orleans jazz vibe is so fun! I loved the creative mocktail I had — you could really taste the fresh muddled herbs. A nice spot for a lively catch-up.

They've done a lovely job with the refurbishment. It feels much more comfortable now, especially the seating. A really pleasant spot for a quiet drink. The beer was good, as always.

Great food at The Corner House and always brilliant service, we eat here often and would certainly recommend, the sticky chipotle chicken starter is amazing

Very good service staff were very attentive but not in your face, they kept an eye on the table without being intrusive.the food was very well cooked and presented.

The owner's always so welcoming, and the kebabs are spot on every time. Honestly, it's the only place I think of for a proper kebab in Cardiff now. The lamb is just cooked right, never dry.

Excellent service and excellent quality of food very quick from ordering to table. Will definitely be visiting again . We had a table booked for 8. Very impressed

First time here, ordered the chicken jalfrezi. They nailed it - exactly how I like it. The staff were quick and attentive. Good portion for the price. A solid, reliable spot for a straightforward meal.

The food was excellent, and the drinks were great too! Evie's service was polite and attentive, making our visit very pleasant.

The full English breakfast was huge! Two eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, the works. Honestly, the portion size is generous for the price. I couldn't finish it all, ended up taking some home. Good for a proper feed.

The fish and chips here are spot on. The batter is light and crispy, the fish inside is flaky and moist. They cook it fresh, so you might wait a few extra minutes. The chips are proper thick-cut and golden. That's all I really care about.
