Love the outdoor tables on Wellfield Road. Sat there on a sunny afternoon, just watching the world go by. It was so relaxed. The sun was warm, the food was nice. A really lovely spot for a slow lunch.

Victoria was super attentive even though the place was packed on Valentine's. My pasta came out quicker than expected and was really tasty. Good vibe.

Great spot in Cardiff Bay. Staff were really on it and found us a table even though we hadn't booked. The wine list had some nice local options too.

A really nice, clean spot. The staff were so friendly and attentive, which made the whole meal feel very relaxed. The food was tasty and looked lovely on the plate.

The food is always spot on. We're here every month. The wine list has a nice little selection that pairs well with the menu.

Had an excellent meal, as usual. The rump steak was cooked to perfection and my server, Elise, got the order spot on. Food was reasonably price and I got a loyalty stamp. Three more and I get a free main meal! The place was clean, and the salad bar well stocked. Even though it was very busy, the service didn't feel rushed and Elise was attentive but not too much so.

The chicken tikka bhuna was lovely and fresh. The onion bhajis were a real treat, too. What stood out was how comfortable the booths were – you could really settle in and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. A very relaxed spot for a quiet dinner.

The portions are huge, honestly. You get a proper plateful for the money. Staff are friendly, they remember you. It's just a nice, reliable spot.

Been coming here for years, and the breakfast is always spot on. Doesn't matter how packed it gets, the eggs and bacon are consistently hot and fresh off the griddle. That kind of reliable quality keeps me coming back.

Love the view over the golf course here! The menu is pretty small, but what we ordered was tasty. Cocktails are a bit pricey, so I'd save it for a proper catch-up with friends. Perfect for a relaxed evening chat.

Came for a family lunch. The staff were really friendly with the kids, which was nice on a busy day. I did notice the grilled vegetables on my plate weren't as fresh as I'd hoped, a bit limp. The service itself was good though.

Great spot for dog owners. They let our pup inside and even gave him a free biscuit. The wine list had some nice, easy-drinking options too.

The beer garden is a great spot for a midweek pint. Lots of space, plenty of umbrellas for shade. It really catches the sun in the afternoon, which was perfect for a lazy summer day.

A clean, spacious spot with a relaxed vibe. It's the kind of place where you can actually have a conversation without raising your voice. My only small note is that the chairs could be a bit more comfortable for a longer sit-down meal.

Nice spot for a weekday evening. The live music was a good touch, and the drinks are fairly priced.

Popped in as it was nearby. The homemade coleslaw really stood out for me – you could tell the cabbage was fresh and crisp, and the dressing wasn't overly heavy. A nice, simple side that felt genuinely wholesome. The rest of the meal was good, solid pub food.

The team here is so lovely and really looked after us. Felt like we were regulars from the get-go! The food was solid, and it's just a nice, easy spot for a catch-up with mates.

The folk band playing was a lovely surprise. Really set a nice, relaxed mood for the meal. My fish and chips were solid, though the chips could have been a bit crisper. A nice touch for a Wednesday night.

Stayed here a couple nights. Room was clean and quiet, which is all I really needed. The bar has a nice view of the square, just a short walk away. Staff were friendly when I checked in.

Decent Spoons. Leffe Blonde was spot on, and the jacket potato came with a surprisingly large salad. Good value for a quick lunch.

The vindaloo is a solid choice for a quick lunch. Always packed with flavour. Grab it with a garlic and coriander naan and you're sorted. Gets the job done.

Good Welsh breakfast here, served until noon. The free tea and coffee refills were a nice touch. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Service was quick, which I always appreciate. A comfortable spot for a relaxed morning meal.

Cosy spot, and they let you bring your dog to a specific table—nice touch. The wine list is decent, found a solid Pinot Noir that went well with the steak. A bit on the pricier side for what it is, but the vibe is relaxed.

Staff were really nice and quick. Felt welcome right away, service was smooth the whole time. No waiting around for anything.

The chips are reliably solid, and they're open late when you need it. Had them with a pint of their house lager last night – a simple, decent pairing. Cash only, which is a bit of a pain.

Nice little spot tucked away from the main drag. The welcome was warm, and the coffee was spot on. Tried a slice of their homemade carrot cake - really good, moist and not too sweet. Just the right kind of place to unwind.
