Compared with domestic restaurants, I personally think that it is not a gourmet restaurant. The environment is also average, and the hardware facilities are equivalent to domestic food stalls. Most of the waiters can speak English, and most of the customers are white Europeans and Americans. There is a sign on the table, reminding you to pay a tip when you pay the bill.

Koshary is Egypt&#39;s national affordable delicacy, so there are countless Koshary shops in Egypt. After trying it in several cities in Egypt, I still like the taste of Cairo the most, and this is the best one I found in Cairo~ 

They claim to be &quot;the only one, no other branches&quot; and their business is booming, so what should they do if their business is too good? Just expand and increase the height of the building; after decades, it finally becomes a building (Figure 9) ~ 

The whole building only sells one kind of food, which is Egypt&#39;s national affordable food, Koshary~

------ What is Koshary ------
