A Taste of India

The food was amazing. The samosas were the best I have ever had and the dip that came with the poppadom was amazing, we couldn't get enough! For mains we had the chicken dupiaza and the tandoori chicken, both were delicious! The service was also great and all the staff were so welcoming! Very friendly restaurant! All the staff could not have been more helpful. The food had lots of subtle flavours. Some of the dishes you don't often see on the menu at Indian restaurants.

What kind of food pairing and experience is this? Only by recalling the situation at that time can we clearly describe it, but how can we know that there are such people in the world who cook in a way that we don’t know?
