The holiday tea at the Langham was visually stunning, but I felt it was overpriced for the experience. The desserts were pretty but a bit too sweet for my taste.

The owner really knows his stuff, you can tell he loves tea. Had the 7-year shou mei cake, brewed gong fu style. It was smooth, with a deep, mellow flavor that unfolded slowly. A quiet, focused way to spend an afternoon.
